AMAZING quality meat. I drive down from Huntington Beach just for this meat. I can testify for their marinated carne asada and marinated chicken. SOO SOO good. The rest of the market is your regular stock stuff, which I ignore.
The owners know quality. When the owners change, then it’s time to re-​evaluate the quality of their meat. For now, it’s top tier.

I love mom and pop places like these. The people are very friendly especially the butcher… My gma used to buy the meat here when her regular butcher retired i like just going here just to buy some queso fresco or chicharrones… Im a chicharrone fanatic and if you want the chicharrone with no carne this is the place… I wish they sold chicharrone with carne… either way they sell mexican sodas and snacks and the prices are good for the meat. hope you try it out its a good place if you dont have that much cash and need to get decent carne asada. The butcher is always extremly excited to hear that someone found him because of the internet so just let him know cuz that will make his day!
