McDonald’s

Came to meet a client of mine and her children. This place needs cleaning on the play area. I do enjoy their coffee and I didn’t order anything being that I was working but the place was full and had long lines.

Seriously the worst McDonald’s!!! My boyfriend just had egg shells in both of his breakfast sandwiches. Very disappointing. This McDonalds needs to go under new management ASAP!

This has got to be the worst local McDonald’s. I try to be objective, considering the establishment, but this location leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is remedial and apparently speaking to them in Spanish or English still gets blank stares. Avoid if at all possible.

There service was slow and they didn’t seem to pay much attention to quality, such as my friend’s burger was cooked well, whereas mine was under cooked. We wated over 5 minutes for two burgers and the manager wouldn’t even give me some extra tomatos for my trouble, and when I asked for pickles, he said it would be an extra 20 cents next time. Then when I sent back my uncooked sandwich they made a new one, but they put mustard on the new one when the sandwich doesn’t call for mustard. Just stupid and not paying attention I guess.

This McDonald’s is so rude and has bad customer service they don’t take your order correctly the employees have attitude and snatch money from you and just walk away and don’t ask if you need anything else. also they do a sloppy job with your food !!!

I hate this Mc Donald’s. Drive thru takes forever… Even though I went at night it took a long time. The guy at the window was so unprofessional I know it’s just a fast food place but he was too busy talking to his coworker. No wonder it takes so long they were just standing around. He was cussing loudly in front of us saying how annoying customers had been that day… Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here.

This is the poorest exuse of a restaurant ive ever seen. The service here is incredible horrible and the wait time is exeeding the normal limits and to top it off the restaurant is just gross overall. It takes alot for me to get upset but i wouldnt know how to respond to this service. Even the manager can be really rude. They constantly get my order wrong and make several other mistakes. Like not cleaning the tables never restocking any of their utilities. I do not recomend for anyone to come eat at this one theres thousands more i rather go to.

This is the worst location ever! I’d say 4 out of 5 orders are wrong. They always forget something or mess up continuously on orders. I don’t care if you put the «no cheese» receipt on the burger if you open it and IT HAS CHEESE! Don’t give me 10 nuggets instead of 20. There is a line out the door but insist on having only ¹⁄₃ registers open. I keep coming here because it’s the closest one to me. But I’ve learned not to walk away or drive away without checking everything first. WORST PLACE EVER!

I’m writing this review to inform anybody who may care maybe somebody higher than the manager. I am disappointed because earlier this evening I went to order food through the drive thru and well as I got home my daughter tells Mom I thought you ordered me a mighty kids meal 6 piece chicken Mcnuggets and I said Yes I did. She tells me no I did not. I seen my receipt and it said a 6 piece, but the box said 4 piece and also I said I wanted a small on my order and instead the girl decided to up graded herself. I did not ask for this. Tomorrow I will tell someone who may care about this matter. Not trying to get nobody in trouble, but don’t do things that might get you into trouble.

I give this restaurant 1 star only because the sodas are ok. I am under the impression that this restaurant is owned by same person that own several others in the area. All have higher prices than others I’ve been to out of the area. I’m not
sure the exact hour they close but, on numerous start cleaning way too early. They always seem to run out of things. Went for a hot fudge sundae and they were out of ice cream. Went to by a shamrock shake that is on the menu. The girl in the drive thru didn’t know what I was talking about. They didn’t have them at this restaurant. NEVER have problems like this at other Mcdonald restaurants.

I wish they had negative stars, this is my first negative review. This mcd is the pits of hell. They have the absolute worst SERVICE ever!!! The manager Eddie is a total tool. They always get the orders wrong then they give you attitude. I have to go out of my way and go to a further distance mcd to avoid this rat hole! *rant over* avoid this place!

Don’t go at night, they had to ask me if they had given me my drinks and then they didn’t give me frys witch I had to ask for. On top of that all 4 drinks I ordered where flat. Horrible service.

If it were possible I’d give them the zero stars they rightfully deserve. Not only have I never been to a McDonalds with such awful service, but never have I been to one where they are so consistent. Bravo. On top of that, they’re complete careless about their customers. From my last few visits, I’ve have had some issue with my order. Today, I found a strand of hair in my food. Thanks McDonalds! For hiring the most useless staff you possibly could. I’ve continued to give them chances, hoping that over time their staff would get better, but I couldn’t be more wrong. This marks the last time I eat at this sorry excuse of a fast food restaurant.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I happen to be in the neighborhood to get a little pick me up breakfast and I was horrified by the way this establishment is contained. Where do I begin?! It was like nothing I ever witnessed in my life, I thought it couldn’t be real! Ok so I walk toward to front door and there was a smelly homeless dude asleep on the ground as I entered. Trust me I give to homeless people and feel bad for them but this was like a hangout for them. So I make it inside, I order and then I turn to look around as I was waiting for my number to be called and I see another homeless person asleep on the bench seat where people sit to eat, and that’s not the worst of it, he had poop stains on his backside, then he gets up to sit-​up and starts picking something out of his hair and pulls out what I think is lice, he looks at it and puts it on the table and slams his hand on it to kill it. Come on people eat on there. I was so grossed out. I couldn’t believe the manager would not ask him to leave. I am going to complain to corporate about this. The smell was horrible on top of that. I didn’t even eat my food I left it next to the sleeping bum laying outside the door. Don’t eat here. I will never come to this place again

Some of the employees are nice. Very few… I cant seem to get a smile from the Manager! Seriously? Show leadership!

Super slow service it always takes for ever in the drive thru and inside service not that great food so so I would not go if you are in a hurry

Place itself is fairly modern on the inside. Nothing really special on the outside. Dont like how their drive thru is set up, since it causes backups with people trying to come in and park.
Very clean on the inside. Attentive staff working there. Clean, coin needed, restrooms. They also have a play area for the kids in the front of it as well.

Was in a rush to get to a family thing and needed to stop somewhere pronto to grab some grub. Sure… why not Mc Donalds drive-thru…I’ll go to the gym tomorrow and work it off. This has got to be the worse Mc Donald’s in the world. It is so ghetto and dirty! What is so hard about making a Mc Chicken sandwich without mayo??? Food was COLD!!! Then they didn’t give me a straw even though the bitch at the window said «it’s in the bag.» There was no straw! So as I drove away from the window, I put my car in park… yes, I blocked in the car behind me, got off the car, walked inside near the soda machines to grab a straw and there wasn’t any so I went to the counter and there was some fatty worker at the counter just looking down at the counter and she LOOKED RIGHT AT ME and I said «Can I have a straw please?» And she looked under the counter (not for a damn straw) and then grabbed a receipt and just stood there looking down at the counter. I seriously think she might have been a fucking retard. So since I was already pissed off and in a hurry… she had two straws in two cups on a tray ready to serve someone so I just grabbed them, knocked over the cups and said «Thanks bitch!» and walked out. Everyone stared at me but I didn’t care. I got back in my car and left… I was happy though. Stupid bitch, ignore me again!!!
P. S. And yes… you might say «over a straw!» YES!!! I NEVER drink anything without a straw!!! LoL.

This mc Donald’s has the worst!!! Customer service! They CAN’T NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT!!! What’s so hard about ordering a simple meal! Ughh!!! This is definitely the last time I’m coming to this mc donalds! I have always given the benefit of a doubt, but this is the last time! Elia the manager/​supervisor didn’t handle the situation in a professional level, she had a bad attitude also, along with the cashier that took my order wrong, I really find it rude and unprofessional talking behind my back. Elia the manager and her employee keept insisting that it was ME that had order wrong! I just simply wanted a small cheese burger large meal!!!
