They have no air conditioning so it’s really uncomfortable. It’s been like this for months now. I used to love coming here, but now it kind of stinks.

Usually can get my breakfast or dinner in a decent amount of time. This location does get busy but line does move along pretty quickly. Also my orders are always correct. I feel like my salads are more generous and presentable here. Other locations I find my salad is lacking enough greens or chicken. You have to enter on Pico, otherwise it’s harder to get into the drive thru line.

Don’t judge the outside. The inside is very well kept and the play area is nice clean and big. Very nice staff and typical mcdonalds food. Giving it a five because their employees don’t slack and keep the place presentable for the community.

Do NOT come here. I literally just left this place, came home to eat my salad, & the ENTIRESALADISWELTED! From the lettuce to the tomatoes, WELTED!!! It’s a damn shame they’re serving WELTED food. Rather than speaking Spanish & Google eyeing me, they should’ve been more focused on that WELTED ass salad. I’m pissed. Never again. They get 1 star for having good condiments. Yes. The condiments are FRESHER than the food.

Not as bad as people are saying. This is McDonald’s for goodness sakes! It is not too good, not too bad. Although, I do recommend putting the fries on your regular cheeseburger and it will turn your meal into a dream!

This McDonald’s is in walking distance of me so I come here all the time. I’m not sure why people who are saying it’s good are rating it 3 stars: it’s McDonald’s. Rate it for how good it is as a McDonald’s, not for how it’s not a real restaurant. First off, they consistently have quality McDonald’s food. Like, I’ve never been given a stale burger or cold fries. We’re talking upper tier McDonald’s, here. Next, the staff is super friendly, both inside and in the drive thru. Lastly, it’s very clean inside and outside. One time there were about fifty bees hanging out on the wall around the entrance for some reason, and when I went a couple days later, the bees were gone. My only gripe would be the unsweetened tea isn’t next to the soda machines and it’s annoying to have to ask the employees for refills since they’re busy.

Late night starvation moment led me to McDonald’s drive through. I may eat at McDonald’s once every couple of years. Anyway, I ordered a fries and called it a night. When I got to the window, I had a flashback about those yummy apple pies I remembered from my high school years. I asked the woman at the window if they still have apple pies, she said yes and I added one to my order. Well, the one’s I remember were deep fried and crispy and light — not the case anymore. It was good, but its BAKED and a bit too doughy for me. I understand they are making things healthier, so — ok, baked not fried, but I so loved the old fried version :( DOS03÷31÷15

I love McDonalds food. The consistency from location to location is superb. My poor review of this one comes from the quality of the experience of walking in and out of the restaurant. This is not a nice street. In front of the restaurant on the sidewalk there was an abandoned shopping cart filled with random garbage. At the bench by the bus stop was a heap of more garbage. By the entrance on the side of the building there was a guy who smelled of urine just kinda hanging around. Inside, the service and food were everything I’d expect from a McDonalds. No complaints there. On exiting the front door with my delicious sandwich in hand, I got a powerful whiff of urine from the sidewalk, and continued to be nauseated as I walked away. Disgusting. If I could teleport into this restaurant from somewhere more wholesome, then teleport back out I would rate it four stars. However, visiting here requires walking thru basically an entire block that smells like a bathroom, so it’s super gross. Heads up.

I don’t understand how this place gets one star. First of all its by my house. 5 stars. Friendliest and efficient staff. 5 stars. And grub ass cheese burgers and French fries that are cooked to order. 5 stars. And the best soft serve cones…

The place is huge and has a massive play structure for kids, which is cool. However, all I wanted was an iced coffee with a little cream — and I specifically asked for just that — an iced coffee with just a LITTLE cream(and I even made the hand motion). What I got 5 minutes later was an iced milk with a sparse amount of coffee. Annoying.

I generally avoid McDonald’s, but this place is a block from my house, so sometimes it’s difficult. Well it’s not really that difficult after knowing what goes into their food, but their french fries are still so damn good sometimes I can’t resist. Usually once every three months, but their fries don’t disappoint. Even though they are the most expensive thing on the menu considering how much it costs them. Still there worth it. Another good thing is this place is open quite late. The problem is when you go there very late sometimes it takes forever for them to make your order. On the other hand I suppose that means it’s fresh, if anything from McDonald’s is fresh. What we learned? Come here four times year to get the fries and be happy you didn’t get a happy meal :-)

This place has a play area and it’s next to the Laundromat. Great place to bring kids for a sundae while you wait for your clothes.

I went here. Dont remember it. Thats a GOOD thing. I needed food in a strange location of LA. I checked-in. Sometimes fast food places need a good head nod. They work just as hard as any über hipster pretentious LA restaurant.

Huh… These large fries look pretty small. Oh wait. YOUGAVEMEMEDIUMFRIES. Drive thru is slow, and order is wrong. All I got was fries… It’s a McDonald’s what did I expect.

There is an employee here who, when he’s working the drive-thru taking orders, just makes. My. Day. His voice is oh-so-comforting… & my order has never been wrong. He somehow manages to stay upbeat and remarkably *welcoming* [I know, I know, it’s the drive-thru, WTF do I mean?! You KNOW what I mean, if you’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing this guy.] I can’t honestly say that I’ve driven through solely to have this guy talk to me, but it certainly is a bonus when I get a sweet-tea craving. [& Note: the La Cienega location has at least one rude-Rude-RUDE staffer. Blech.] If any voice-talent agents happen across this review, hit up this Mickey D’s. You could find your next breakout star!

Listening to old guys shoot the ah breeze in aM. Current subject is importance of a 103″ TV over 60 inch. Yep. Don’t missing sitting with a full sized Ronald McDonald in the dining area. Haven’t seen one of those before! Standard mickey D’s otherwise.

I can’t believe this place gets bad reviews, it’s McDonald’s. Alls I know is that they hook it up with the Oreos in my McFlurries so I’m happy.

Nice, McDonalds… the drive through was no problem. They included 3 sauces for the 20 piece McNuggets… wish there were a few more. Forgot to ask for more.

Ok… I love my trendy restaurants but I also love my occasional trashy fast food fix. Usually, Mc Donald’s is pretty consistent and I never really thought I’d be reviewing one since you’d think you get what you get here. But, like the 1-star review says– ‘Eek! Methinks not.’ Came here last night since this is the closest Mc D to my place. We placed a very simple order since we were mostly just thirsty. 1 sweet tea, 1 strawberry-banana smoothies, and 2 apple pies. They told us they only had 1 apple pie at the time and it’d just take ~6 minutes for them to bake, so we said ‘okay not a prob’ and pulled over to the side, parked on Pico, and waited for our pies. Meanwhile, we sipped on our drinks and me, being the OCD person I am, started my timer on my iPhone to see how long it’d take. I know, a little cray, but what can I say. At 10 minutes I started getting irritated. At 15, I was already on Unilocal searching for the Mc D telephone # to give them a call. After giving them an extra 5 minutes(20 min total), we gave them a call and asked about our pies. «Oh…you’re still there?! I’m sorry, did you want us to bring the pies out now? Do you want anything else?»…Eh? We were confused by that last line and just said no, just the pies… though we should have asked for a new Sweet Tea since it was disgusting. Must have run out of sweet tea mixture or something because it tasted über-diluted. So, we waited for the worker to come out and bring us our pies. She said she was very sorry and looked embarrassed, but this was just ridiculous. I don’t even know why we waited that long on the side of Pico Blvd for our 2 apple pies. I don’t know why I waited 20, almost 25 minutes for Mc Donald’s apple pie… but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. And I’ll probably be going to a different location from now on.

I was born and raised in tropical south Florida, have lived in the dirty south, the midwest, NYC and NJ, spent a lot of time in CT, DC and Rhode Island and now call the westside home. Needless to say, I’ve frequented Micky D’s in all of those places and generally know what to expect. Except here. At first, I thought, maybe I’d caught them on off days. But then I started thinking. Every single time I’ve ordered more than one breakfast burrito(I usually get 2 or 3 unless I’m getting one buritto and a egg mcmuffin or hash brown or something), at least one of them is still frozen in the middle. I know you don’t make it fresh, but come on! How hard is it to thaw and heat? But I almost was willing to let that slide(actually I have been giving them a pass) until now. You see, I’m eating a lot of salads these days, and Micky D’s has some great tasting chicken salads. However, the last 3 times in a row(all within a 9-day span) that I’ve ordered the SouthWest chicken salad here, they’ve let me do it with no hesitation and waited until I was reaching for the bag to inform me they«are all out» of the delicious SW dressing that makes this meal pop. Really? You ran out, again, again? Is there some kind of SW salad dressing shortage in this neighborhood I’m unaware of? Anytime(well, not quite anytime, more like 93% of the time) that I’ve gone inside to place an order instead of going through the drive through, the lines are ridiculous and they rarely open more than one register unless(literally) people start complaining. Consistent, yes. They are. Consistently bad. Skip it. There are plenty of other Micky D’s in the area to hit instead of this one. A shame, cause this one is walking distance from where I live which is the only reason I kept going back. No more though, I’m done.
