McDonald’s

Oddly enough, the food was so bad. I’ve never had fries tasted old at a McDonald’s and these were old and stale. So weird considering that there was a long line at the drive thru, so you’d think they’d have fresh since they’re serving them constantly. The big Mac came cold too. Wtf! And the coke had no fizz. Really surprised bc McDonald’s are usually on point since they’re always so busy. I don’t trust this one. Never going back. Our food was so gross.

One of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and most of them don’t speak English including the manager. Recently ordered a guacamole burger and asked for no salsa when I got home there was plenty of salsa but NO MEAT wtf. The drive thru crew is so rude. I stopped going there for 3 yrs. thought I would give them another chance but unfortunately it’s the same crap. No wonder McDonald’s is down 30percent last quarter. If you want fast food there’s plenty of good options. Oh and what the hell with the prices. Never going there again or to any other McDonald’s.

Management here is not very friendly. I came here recently for a chocolate-​covered soft-​serve yogurt cone. The cashier was oddly puzzled, and acted like I was speaking in Martian when I asked for the item. And then the manager had to tell me with a harsh tone that they no longer offer it with chocolate on top. It was as if serving them that way had enslaved them for years and he felt free and vindicated telling me they no longer sell it with chocolate.
I agree with other reviewers that the place is not kept very tidy and there is a sketchy element around it that could use security during certain hours. They operate 24 hours.
Your only option after midnight is the drive-​through. If you ever go through the drive-​through between about 12:00 am to 12:20 am, they accept cash only (and will sometimes forget to tell you that until you are ready to pay).

Computer system at this and all McDs overcharge. If you order a drink and THEN order a happy meal, it automatically up charges your happy meal drink and then charges you for the apple juice. You end up paying MORE. I said something to the cashier after I realized and she said that’s the way the system is. Will be calling corporate to complain.
Also they were cash only this past Christmas Eve and no sign up so waited thru long drive thru line before finding out.

In all fairness, I ate at this McDonalds at 1130 pm and it looked like closing time. However, this is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to! Poor management. I was the only customer in the dining room and it took 10 mins for my order. The tables were not clean, floor dirty, trash full and bathrooms smelled. Horrible! This place doesn’t deserve a star but I have to give it one to review.

This guys always fast and friendly. Tables always clean also restrooms clean too. I really like thought McDonald’s. Thanks for the service

this is the WORST McDonalds anyone can ever come too… if you wear a pullover sweater (hoody) be prepared to be judged and considered homeless. the manager will treat you like dirt. if you are planning on using a gift card, be prepared to be questioned more than 5 times about where you got it and what are your intentions in the store. if you are sitting for 15minutes be prepared to be called a bum and not needed around the store. and questioning about what you do, where you work, where you live, and why you are there… all while a poor homeless man who was one cent short from his order was sitting in the corner overhearing everything and crying at the managers cruel behavior! its one cent a$$hole give the man some food! you don’t treat your customers this way! any of them! we are paying customers! by the way all this happened AFTER i ordered. terrible management! and if you are reading this you a$$hole of a manager, that homeless man is now happily grubbing on these two big macs so f*** you!

Normally, I’m all, «It’s a fast food restaurant. What do you expect?» But the food is slow, the fries are stale, the dining room opens late. Nothing nice to say. So I’ll just leave my one star and keep quiet.

It’s really surprising the owner of this location won’t pay for a full-​time security guard.
This is a rough location and there are scuffles and altercations with the colorful local characters all the time.

⁹⁄₁₀ times this mcdonalds serves me a well done, hard as a rock burger. they might as well take hard old burgers out of the dumpster, moisten them slightly and stick them in an equally hard bun. btw no onions and extra onions arent the same thing (please learn english).

Very the same with the service. Slow as hell, they normally have mistakes on giving your orders. They have very lazy employee.
I cant believe this place is still in business. They should have closed a long a time ago.

Another day here at McDonald’s.I know from the fact that this place never serves good food but I went here the other day instead of coming to other better places.
Customer satisfactory — I never got this on the several times I got here. The food was really small, I can hardly enjoy my burgers and fries. Plus the service is totally not good.

This McDonalds has Ketchup available unlike many other locations. That’s a huge plus. Sucks to buy a bag of two large fries orders and be given no ketchup unless you bother them– and then get two or three packets at best– also nice people? Watching

Waited in a long line only to be told they were accepting cash only. Not good… going to Wendy’s

The fries are getting better, but they are almost always out of Diet Dr. Pepper. One week they have it, and one week they don’t then one week they have it, then one week they don’t. I bring it up to the MOD everytime I go there, but the situation never gets better. Whoever does the ordering at this location is the worst, but the rest of the staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful.

When it comes to McDonald’s food, there’s not much to review really… we all know about that. However, I was in a rush today and had literally 5 minutes to eat lunch before getting to a work appointment that’d last the rest of the day so I had to eat and decided to get a cheeseburguer. The girl who handed my food at the drive through was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t talk to me at all and looked pissed to the core. I greeted her and then asked her to please give me a drink with no ice instead of the one she had handed me. She gave me a nasty look, didn’t say a word and turned around to get me a new drink. She poured my new drink and then let it sit there for about 45 seconds while staring at my cup (that’s a lot in a drive through) until I actually leaned forward to see that it’d been ready to go. Without any reaction she grabbed my new cup and handed it to me with the same nasty look she had given me before. Even though I then said «thank you so much» in a nice way she didn’t respond and I just left. There were no words from her, only horrible, nasty looks. My thought process is this: people who can’t be nice to others (or at least civil, if you’re having a very very bad day but I’d still prefer nice) shouldn’t be in touch with customers at all. Easy as that. There’s plenty of cheap fast food around this area, you don’t need to go there.

This location is disgusting. It’s in West Hollywood, but always filthy. Littered with garbage from the homeless and shady vagrants they allow to hang out. You can’t enter without homeless addicts around; you can’t eat inside without beggars and shady people approaching or loitering around you; you can’t go to the bathroom without witnessing a disgusting mess, or a drug addict bathing.
There are frequent police called to the scene, due to the amount this location allows these people to hang out. From dealers, to beggars, to trannys, to prositutes — they are all here.
Even if you have purchased a dollar soda from the register, and want to refill it, you have to first realize «Why aren’t the soda machines working?» and then argue with the woman to please turn them on. Does McDonald’s think I need to save $ 1?
Why not get a security attendant (a real/​good one) to keep the garbage out of your location? More people would feel comfortable coming here.

Glad they brought back the McRib… this location has many transients, wack jobs, and homeless types. …lol.

This place is simply filthy and makes you regret visiting this place to eat. When you go to McDonalds you expect fast foods however you still expect a clean experience.
I do know the area is full of transients and West Hollywood clientele can also be tough and very rude you can tell the employees are depressed beat down do not want to work there however they do their jobs just to get by… The management definitely need to fix the culture and bring up the morale of the team and have higher expectations. Having a filthy restaurant should never be ok

Came here with some boys after a night of basketball … its nice spacious, lots of parking, and decent service.
The only downside is once in a while you get chatty bums in or around the place.
