People are complete idiots they messed up on a cup of coffee.

Food was fresh. Customer service was great. Bathrooms clean. Stopped in on a Thursday night at around 10:30 pm. I was pleasantly surprised that it was full of patrons (students, families and even older individuals). Everyone was conversing and enjoying their time and food. One of the nicer Fast Food restaurants. Kudos!

Worse worse place. I understand they’re pretty busy but when i received my food, i was VERY VERY disappointed. Fries were refried. Too greasy. But my burger was pretty deli. Please if the product has passed its holding time, throw it away. Dont refry it, dont serve it.

Usual McDonald’s. Has two drive thru due to there are two entrances but you end up at the same window to pay. Sometimes they serve something different that isn’t served in the Foothills which is a nice change.
Play structure for the kids looks fun.

This is both the best and worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. From the looks of it, this is one fancy MickeyDeez. Wifi, tons of seating, various types of tables, nice design, ample space, etc. This place is a prime example of «this is why we can’t have nice things» THE CUSTOMERS HERE ARE THE WORST. Bums, drunks, druggies, inconsiderate people with half a dozen misbehaving children GAH! Just order your food to go and quickly be on your way!

Omg I had to use the restroom so I stopped here to buy something and use the bathroom…
Damn! The cashier some black dude, didn’t get his name and the short Latina manager (you’d think the manager would have some customer service experience) acted all stupid when I asked for toilet paper for the dude using the restroom (he asked me to help him out) Giving me attitude over toilet paper like if their time is so valuable!
Very disrespectful!!! I guess ignorance could run an establishment like this-​.- no skills needed!
I’m pissed over this type of «customer service» I would never treat someone like that. Mc Donald’s needs to step their game up. But apparently they don’t give a shit since they only have 2 stars. Pitiful!
Never will I eat here, EVER!

If I can give this place no stars, I definitely would. Not only is the service horrible, but they give me a strawberry banana that’s not completely filled all the way. So, I complained and all the crew member, «that’s how the machine does it.» Bye. I hate md.

Alert!!! This McDonald’s doesn’t deserve any stars This IsThe Worst McDonald’s EVER!!! The Manager in the morning is RUDE!!! She yells at the costumers. And she even pushes people standing in line to hurry up.

I didn’t think the service was bad at all! Then again, I went inside. And it’s pretty mellow in here too.
I won’t get into the quality. It’s McDonald’s. You should know what you are getting. It’s good, cheap, and one of the few decent places to eat near LACC.
My only complaint is the weird way they give out food. Five numbers are up on the screen at once. So keep an eye on the counter and an ear open for your number.

WORST McDonald’s ever!!! I’m so sick and tired of there bad service! They always get my order wrong, they’re rude … Usually I always go inside and Order and once I went to the drive thru! Oh my god it was even worse i Almost lost my voice giving the dude my order kuz he wasn’t paying attention they still got my order mest up and the girl who gave the food had real bad customer service! She gave me like 4 ketchups for like 5 orders! And she gave me so much attitude! It took A lot for me not to get out the car and be like wth man my entire orders wrong and the employees still want to give me attitude!!! The only reason I go here is because it’s near by! But I swear I’ve prolonged on callin their corporation and making a complaint just cause I feel bad for them! But they just don’t put in any effort to better their customer service! Maybe like ¾ employees are nice which includes the old lady and man who are always cleaning!

This is McDonald’s at its worst. The drive thru at McDonald’s was terrible, I ordered my nuggets and asked with a lot of ketchup. My friends had other orders. When we recieve our food there is no nuggets, no ketchup, there are missing a burger and to top it off they didn’t give us a straw for our beverage. This is an outrage. Sick ass McDonald’s

The drive thru service here was AMAZING! So amazingly slow that I turned off car at speaker & waited for what seemed like over five minutes. Then I shouted to the speaker to get someone on a headset to answer. When I need to repeat my order, its very likely that the order will be messed up. I order 4 large drinks but 2 received are medium? 2 drinks to be regular tea but all are sweet tea? That’s FANTASTIC work McD! SUPER drink pouring skills happening at window 2. AWESOME short fills on all drinks. Nuggets were not hot and crispy. Watch out for the credit card rolled in receipt hand over. I didnt review ticket until we got home miles later. The cashier is where the initial mistakes are made. Then window 2 justs carries through with the mistakes. Not impressed at all with this visit.

I rarely come here. Only when im feeling lazy and not wanting to go far from home. Breakfast is only decent thing on the menu. Ill never understand why peepole crowd over this crap food. You could get a better breakfast for cheaper down the street at cameys

This was the WORST McDonald’s I have EVER been too! They got our order wrong THREE times. When we sat down to eat there was a worker mopping around and under us for a full 10minutes and when she finally left we looked under our table and it was just as nasty as when we sat down. All the tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was BEYOND rediculous!

I really hope management sees these post. This place is bad! Not as bad as the one on sunset and fountain. But bad non the less. Just about every time I use the drive thru they manage to screw up royally. Serious training is needed at this location.

Me and a few friends came out here on a trip and we decided to get their new Fish McBites. They screwed up our order right off the bat because at first we got some burgers. After getting the correct item, somehow, the meat was nearly undercooked while the outside looked almost burnt. It tasted like cardboard and even the fries tasted off, and their fries are one of the few things I genuinely enjoy.
Then, we inadvertently stopped by a day or two later at night, and ordered 3 small cokes, we were thirsty. Not a complicated order, right? Somehow though, the lady only heard two cokes, and the cokes distinctly tasted like Diet Coke and we managed to get our correct order, but only after getting the manager involved.
How on earth do you screw up an order for 3 small cokes? Its not complicated. The overall service was so bad that I was compelled to write this review. NEVER going here again. I mean, I haven’t gone to Mickey D’s in a long time anyway, but this is just proof of why I should continue to avoid it.

I was at McDonald’s last night and I asked the cashier guy what the difference was between the McChicken sandwich and the Southern Style Chicken sandwich.
He said the McChicken has lettuce and mayo on it, and the Southern Style has pickles and «Mar-​grrr-​eeen». I was like what? The he said it again, «Mar-​grrr-​eeen», I said, do you mean margarine? He said no «Mar-​grrr-​eeen». I said, you mean margarine dude, forget it. I then asked, is the chicken the same, he said no the chicken is different between the two sandwiches. Wouldn’t that be an important note to add in there when describing the two sandwiches?
Anyway after awhile I was handed an order, he asked if I would like any sauce with that, I said, «sure, I’ll take some mayo.» He said, «do you want Ranch?» I said no dude I said mayo not ranch. So he hands me the top of a milk shake lid with mayo, I’m like dude, what the hell do you expect me to do with this, put it in the bag? (It was a to go order) He’s like we don’t have a lid, I’m like dude I’ve been coming to McDonald’s for 30 years and never had a problem getting mayo.
So I was walking over to the soda lids to put one on upside down as a cover for the mayo, and the manager was like yeah that will work as a lid. I tried, it wouldn’t fit. I said, «You guys are stupid», left the mayo on the counter and walked out.

I’m not going to talk about the food (because obviously it’s fucking gross), but kudos to this McDonald’s for having a shockingly CLEAN bathroom! The men’s room is 2x cleaner than the bathrooms at Faultline across the street, which is UNBELIEVABLE if you factor in the number of vagrants and meth heads who use these bathrooms to actually bathe or conduct business. :(
I’m will gladly use your facilities when I attend my next beer bust.

I’ve visited this fast food restaurant several times, as it’s located within walking distance from Braille Institute. As such, the place will have people with low or loss of vision, so just be courteous and careful as you come.
They have a nice outdoor lawn, kinda like a small park setting, which is rather pleasant in the middle of the city. Lots of outdoor seating.
There’s usually enough parking in their private lot. One time, I saw a truck within the lot, selling oranges. One of the guys cuts one up and puts some kind of sour powder on top, and gave it to us. [While this doesn’t directly affect my review of this location, it is a sign of what kind of neighborhood this is.]
Inside, it’s your typical McDonald’s. Take that as you will. Restrooms and an indoor playplace for the kiddies. There’s a small sign that says patrons are only allowed to dine here for 30 minutes, which is typical for fast food places in the city. I don’t know if they enforce the rule… though there is a college nearby and people that bum off their free wifi (like me right now).
Among all the McDonald’s I’ve been to, it’s not the worst and it’s not the best. Close to a 4, but not quite. A-​ok in my book.

They only deserve 2 stars since they charge me for MAC sauce and did not put it in my burger. And they gave me half of a large fries and to top it off hid it underneath the other large fries so i could not see it. WHACK…
Please outside is kinda dirty. Plenty of parking. Friendly drive thru workers. But still whack for not filling my fries to the large.
