The worst McDonald’s ever! I don’t understand how you can fuck up at a McDonald’s but apparently you can. The staff is so slow, the sprite taste like club soda, it’s dirty af, everyone’s miserable down to the manager, the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building but no one was hustling, and my chicken nuggets were still raw. Never again, I’d rather starve

Where to begin… walk in and there’s at least 8 people ahead of me and only one cashier open. There’s a manager taking the orders and it looks like it’s his first day on the job, it takes him so long to take the order! Eventually a second manager, no name tag, opens up another register but instead of taking the next person in line, she call on the last person on line. After about 10 minutes, I finally place my order of 2 iced coffee and 2 Apple pies. Oh let’s not forget that while I’m placing my order, the lady behind me is yelling over me wanting to pay for an orange juice. Maybe it’s her first time at McD… doubt it. The cashier, doesnothing but smile. Aside from me, there’s are tons of frustrated patrons waiting for their order. After another 10 minutes, I finally receive my order. And yes, they screwed that up too. Needless to say, won’t be coming back here. Ever.

I ordered 4 items, would have been 5 but was told that parfaits are no longer available, then paid at cashier window. My receipt says 22:02. There were 2 cars in front of us. When we finally got to the pick up window there was no one at the window. After a couple of minutes someone handed out the strawberry Sundae, nuts and spoon, then disappeared again finally returning with the milk(for the happy meal). He again disappeared this time returning with a paper bag containing my side salad but no dressing. I asked for the dressing and croutons and was told they no longer have croutons. He came back this time with the Happy Meal. I again asked for the dressing and after asking me what kind of dressing, which was clearly stated on my order, he left again to get the dressing. By this time I had turned off my car and lights and the car behind me was honking. Then someone else came to the window(I’m assuming that it was the manager). He barked out at me asking what did I want and I answered«dressing for my salad. «At this point the first employee, that had been giving me my order, returned with my dressing in hand. I now asked him for the bacon mc double still needed to complete the order. Oh, he said, you don’t have your mc double and off he went again. By the time he brought the burger it was 22:35 and the strawberry sundae had turned to mush. I live one block away from this Mc Donald’s but I doubt that I’ll return. This is not the first time a visit to this particular store has been agravating. It was late, all I wanted was to pick up some food and get home to relax. P. S. The French fries were ridiculous, the tiny inch-long hard ones. P. S.S. I got timed-out on the McDonald’s site: because I apparently was taking too long to complain. Refreshed, then started again, only to be told that my response was limited to 1200 characters. So I cut it down enough to include that they could read the rest of my review on Unilocal. Am forced to give them one star but frankly that’s at least ½ star too high.

I don’t really give most Golden Arch locations the time of day, but this one just happens to be on the corner of Washington and Vermont. When, I’m heading towards K-town, I usually take the Vermont or Normandie exits on the 10W Freeway, so this location is ideal for a pit stop. Since, the dining room is open till 1:30am, I can go inside and«refresh» myself before getting into a night of trouble. Normally, my experiences have been subpar at most Ronnie Mac locations, but this building is fairly new or has been remodeled in the past few years. Same Mickey D’s feeling, but feels like NOW rather than 10 years ago. You can tell by the colors and furniture placed inside — stuff that McDonald’s and other companies carefully research to make you stay the shortest time possible, but have you consume the most amount of food at one sitting. Seriously, that’s a fact. And that doesn’t count all the stuff they put into their food to make it taste oh so delicious. Anyways, in lieu of that and with the notion that no employee inside usually gives me a dirty look for just using the lavatory(not purchasing anything) and bouncing — I give them an additional star on the review. Plus, their drive thru is 24 hours and that’s gotta help those inebriated nearby past 2am. Also, I did find out that a McDouble and a Double Cheeseburger are NOT the same thing. The Double Cheeseburger costs slightly more and contains that crucial extra slice of American cheese. «And knowing is half the battle» — G.I. Joe. Another item that I do crave sometimes is their Premium Roast coffee at McCafe. Although, I’ve cut down on my java intake in the past few months, just the smell of their brew really makes me want to relapse. Doesn’t help the fact that Mama C. always makes me stop for a cup of coffee, since their cup of joe and soft drinks at most participating locations are offered under a Senior discount(55 and over). Oh well, as you can see from the picture on my profile page, that creepy looking Ronald McDonald might never ever be out of my life. SIGH.

40 minute wait for a coffee and cookie. How disorganized can you be to not know the order in which you are receiving orders, and to let a ticket get hidden beneath a bunch of trays. A coffee and cookie should take less than 5 mins., but I waited 40 mins. Also, the lady who works there asked me 3 times if I only wanted 1 cookie. Yes, I only want 1. I know it is more expensive(per cookie), but I’m only there so I can park my car and walk around, anyway.

I just stopped in at the drive thru for a sweet tea and when i pulled up the guy on the loud speaker just said” how can i help you” not welcome to mcdonalds or anything after i put in my order the guy said«second window» and when i get up there he says” 1.09 «i gave him 1.25 and the guy hands me my drink which took him 5mins to prepare and he didnt give me back my change. 16 cents wont kill me but what he said was what really pissed me off. As i looked at him waiting for my change he looks at me and says«thats it «and closed the window… no please no thank you no have a good night. Im not asking for 5star service but I thought in a civilized country businesses at least ask that their employees have manners.

Realized this location wasn’t on Unilocal yet. It’s open 24 hours, and a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s. It’s a great very late night snack for people on the go. Don’t get caught up in how«cheap» dollar menus are… it’s always cheaper to get stuff at the grocery store. That said, proceed with caution!
