So, I have been here a few times and haven’t had too many issues. The front service staff are usually friendly or at the least fast which is good.
Unfortunately the Same can’t be said for the back of staff. Whoever was making my order this time messed it up. I ordered the buttermilk crispy chicken, and this is clearly the wrong bread. In fact this bread taste like dirt and is stale. Ended up throwing it away. Not what I paid for. Disappointed.

I did receive great customer service from McDonalds regarding my recent experience. Not only did I receive several emails of apology, I also received a letter from the manager with three free meal coupons. I have since visited twice and been pleased with my service.

For the two in the Echo Park area, this one is far superior. The other reviewer had a bad experience, but I don’t think this is typical or they wouldn’t be in business. I had a VERY bad experience at the other one. This one is the winner.

Went on drive thru, ordered a mc chicken and a SWEET tea. the mc chicken was falling out of the bun, all messy. i didnt even get sweet tea, it was UN sweeten. And i waited for like 20 minutes! HORRIBLE!!.
