If you don’t not ask for ketchup they won’t give you any. This morning I asked for hot cakes with sausage. I got home and noticed they didn’t even put syrup or butter in the bag I guess now I need to ask for that too! Smh terrible.

They give me the hamburguer without the cover paper. Don’t have pastries as the others stores. The customer service is very poor. The company really have to do something about it. They have to change the manager and the employees.

Terrible service! I ordered the 2 for $ 2, a plain mcdouble only ketchup & mozzarella sticks. They gave me a lettuce wrap instead.

I came here to buy a breakfast sandwich and chicken nuggets and a sweat tea… Nothing taste the way it does at other McDonald’s.
The breakfast sandwich tasted very old.
The chicken nuggets tastes even older and dry.
The sweat tea just tasted plain funky. It was to sweet but it also wasn’t even close to the original taste as if it had been mixed with something else… Or just old as hell who knows. I’m so sick of this shit.

Horrible customer service. Wasn’t even busy. Try not being rude to the elderly. Sorry wanting what I paid for. How about a smile once in awhile.

Today I went in for breakfast came out empty hand. The food handler only wearing one glove. and handle the food with out glove when I spoke to the manager. All she said she told her to wash hand how about the other people’s food she made. Ate they not doing there job making handler wear gloves.

Unilocal needs to add negative stars. Bad customer service here. It feels like the cashier doesn’t even want to be there. She didn’t offer what kind of sauce I want for the McNuggets, and didn’t give me a cup for my order.
My simple order took a long time and there were few employees in the back standing around doing nothing.
Fries and McNuggets were really hard… feels like they were leftovers reheated from last night.

Customer Service Sucks! There is always a big line to oder, which I can live with. But this time I place my oder which was just a sausage muffin and a mocha frappé. I waited and waited for my order and I was just hearing other orders that were made after me call. I went and ask the cashier at the moment and she said «it was going to be ready when it was ready» I told her that they had already skip my oder several times and she said they cant wait for my oder to be ready so they had to skipped it. I am so disappointed of this place.

The large sweet tea is no longer $ 1, we paid almost $ 4 for 2 large drinks and the sweet tea taste sooooo nasty, it taste like it has been sitting there all week long!

Great customer service. I’ve never had a problem. Always clean. Perfect location right by ELAC and the freeway 60. Lovin it !!!

No matter how much they upgrade this McD’s it still the pits. Tense atmosphere, no one is friendly, snooty customers, homeless bums, workers have no social skills, and the worst part is the single mothers with their brats giving the stink eye to every other single man as if they’re criminals.

This location is really close the the Metro Link so we thought since we were pressed for time lets grab a fast breakfast.
The English muffin was dry, hash browns were not hot, the entire breakfast was awful. My husband hasn’t been feeling well since we ate yesterday.
If we were not pressed for time I would have complained to the manager.
This location is undeserving of the 1 star, I will never go there again.

Walked in on 5÷12÷2015 ordered breakfast
#4 sausage and egg mc muffin my first bite taste weird took another bite that weird taste became stronger with a roten smell I decided to open my Mc muffin the egg was black took it to the manager she handed me another one did she really think I wanted another one after the experience I just had I asked her I wanted my money back she said sorry I can’t the egg from the previous Mc muffin was fully cooked all she was worried was that it was cooked she did not care that the egg was roten or that it would get me sick unbelievable! She gave me my money back for 1 Mc muffin in other words the order came with 2 and credited me 1 If I was the manager I would have credited the whole order but most of all apologize and be a bit more concern about the customer

My go to stop for am after school Mcflurry Treat. Eh, The Ambiance is Sub-​Par, Cleaniness Is Alright, Nothing Special, Although The burgers are to question, i like this place.

It’s what you expect from most Mc Donald restaurants, but the service is a lot slower. I’m currently standing in line writing this review. There are about 15 people patiently waiting in line, and only one cashier. I would think with such a long lone management would have another register open. I was disappointed in the service, but I don’t expect a lot from fast food places. It is always busy, but there is plenty of parking which is nice. It is clean inside and I was impressed by that. Other than waiting 15 minutes in line, it’s not too bad.

This McDonald’s is located right across from the East LA metro station so there always a lot of pedestrian traffic. Not one of the most sophisticated McDonald’s but hey they give my my order just the same.

Fnck Mc Donalds I dont eat at any Mc Donalds any more I haven’t for a year or so but after a life time of eating their shit. I still crave it at times but them I go to a good burger place like 5 guys or make one at home.
Do you know what they put in their meat? well have you ever bit into a patty and bit into a hard bone like piece. well that is ground up bone meal. YUMMY.
what about what they put into their nuggets. look it up or eat a cold one it will taste like cardboard once the artificial flavors are tamed by cooling of.

Right off the 60 freeway exit, so it’s convenient.
Plenty of parking out front.
Turn-​in for drive through is placed badly – right in front of the bus stop so you often get blocked by buses.
Interior is fairly clean compared to other McDonalds.
