Worst service I ever got, slow took 20 min to get an egg mc muffin and the dirtiest restrooms and outdated no seat covers xing filty never will come Back here and I do almost everyday breakfast at other Mac Donald’s

Aside from getting the order wrong, the reason I give them 5 stars is because they brought the food to our table, they went around offering more coffee. It’s the first time I see this at a McDonald. Even though it’s in the ghetto I feel we got good customer service and to me that matters a lot!

Horrible service and extremely rude employees. Its rare when they aren’t getting your order wrong and won’t even look at you and say thank you or your welcome and on top of that they get mad when you ask for something that maybe they forgot to give you. I would give 0 stars but can’t.

If I could give negative stars I would. It’s 11pm I’m at the drive thru and I’ve been waiting in line for about 25 minutes and my order hasn’t been taken yet. They need to hire more employees! Seriously who ever owns this Mc’donals need to stop being so damn cheap and hire more employees to work night shift! I won’t be returning here. Really bad wait time ! I rather go to a further location were they have the line moving. So disappointed you just lost a customer and I’m sure many more. Such horrible experience !

I Was waiting in the drive through for ever. They usually give you your drinks first they didn’t even do that. No one said hi at the window when you pull over to pick up your food. Omg they made me wait even more at the reserved parking place.

Drive thru is the worst! I spend over 20 min waiting for food. By the time I’m home it’s cold!!! I would definitely recommend you to go to Jack in the box that’s it’s down the street.

If I could give this place negative stars I would Horrible service, rude staff and their prices on the menu don’t even match what they charge you they have prices showing that to add bacon and $.79 and then she charge me a $ 1.89 per piece of bacon boosted my meal up almost 3 dollars and some change just to add bacon to a breakfast sandwich and then when I speak with the manager in charge she there though well they’ll change the prices eventually everyone has attitudes no one’s willing to help I work in customer service myself and if I was a treat anyone the way that I was treated this morning it will be a serious issue but of course because it’s McDonald’s cares it’s a free-for-all to do whatever you want to treat people however you want to treat them with no repercussions I will never come move McDonald’s again where service that I’ve received

This happened at about 8:45pm on 9÷4÷2014 on at the Mcdonald’s on Budlong and martin Luther King Bl. at the drive thru. My sister-in-law and myself ordered a Quarter Pounder and a 20 piece chicken McNuggets. When we got our order, the burger was missing. When I asked for it, the«manager» in a burgundy shirt, said we were hiding the burger somewhere in the car so we could steal an extra one. Wow! To make a long story short, 6 minutes later, we finally got our Quarter Pounder and when I asked for an apology and employee name/number, I was refused. Never taking the family to McDonald’s again. the Carl’s Jr is a little more expensive, but they would never pull this crap. very horrible! the employees are not very bright and don’t work together i order my food and the person taking my order couldn’t remember what i ordered after i had just placed my order, then i get to the window to give her my money, forgot to order some cookies, i pay for everything, now its time to receive my food the guy hands me my cookies and then looks at me like«is there anything else i can help you with»? i ask him where’s my food and he says i didnt order anything else, so now i’m furious cuz it already took like 12minutes then manager says the same thing, so i’m like go talk to the person who took my order! like they were arguing with me over me only ordering the cookies, person who took my order confirms my order, and to top it off no napkins were given to me or an apology! would never ever go there again!!! i recommend no one does!

Slowest drive-thru ever. You’re always bombarded by house less occupants that post at the drive– thru entrance and exit. Better option is to drive the extra 2 min west and go to the location on arlington.
