Do not… I repeat, do NOT arrive in the drive through past 11 pm at this location. The last couple days have been HORRENDOUS concerning super-slow wait time. Last night(Friday the 17th), I arrived with about five cars ahead of me. All I needed to order were two large fries. It took me five minutes to even reach the speaker box, and after that it was a good 20 minutes before I got to the pay/food window. Very, very poor timing… and no apology from the window worker for the slow service. Tonight, I decided to give them one another try to make up for last night’s debacle. There were only three cars total ahead of me this time, and I ordered a 20-piece chicken nuggets. The three vehicles ahead of me got out in average time, about 5 – 6 minutes. I get to the window, and their credit card machine breaks down. I’m asked if I have cash on me. I said nope. They then fiddle around the machine for a good ten minutes, finally getting it to work after moments of them not knowing what to do. Total time waited: 12 minutes– and once again, no apology. Next time you visit this place, PLEASE try to get here before 11 pm. Ironically, the indoor service runs pretty efficient. But the drive thru crew and manager get an F for service. Good job, McSlownald’s.

I went here(through the drive-thru) on 4÷23÷16 right before midnight and as soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was asked to wait. In my head I was wondering why, I was the ONLY car there. I waited for a few minutes, the girl that took my order sounded tired, then after ordering(#5 and one McChicken) she thanked me and I pull forward. I pull forward to the window #2, I sat there for about 5 minutes and my boyfriend and I watched them counting and doing work(not food related… Like making orders) NOONE acknowledge me as we were staring at them wondering if I pay there or pull forward to the next window. THEN a lady comes from another directon, smiles and points for me to pull forward. Geee, thanks! The other people at the window acted as if I wasn’t there. So I pull forward expecting to see the lady who summonsed me to pull forward, NOPE! she disappeared. I waited a few more minutes and NOONE acknowledged me! I see someone mopping, then There was a worker there with a sandwich in his hand by the window I’m at(my God I hope that isn’t mine!) As my boyfriend and I watch him clumsily fill and spill the drink as the cup was smashed by the drink machine(Lord…let that NOT be my drink!) Is what’s going through my head. Then FINALLY some girl snails her way over, NOT to speak to me… I drive the hell off. What is going on back there?! I’m literally THEONLYCUSTOMER… and was treated so poorly! This is my first time here and that situation was a bad first impression! Y’all need to get it TOGETHER!

Came thru drive thru, waited for 20 min. Got a chicken sandwich and a sweet tea. Sat in the car, eat and went in for a refill on the tea. I was told by Ann I couldn’t have it, even after showing her the receipt. Didn’t belive I bought it. Last time I’m conning here, I promise. This was not my only bad experience. Management doesn’t know how to take care of their customers. So I’ll take the drive to another one that values the customer experience.

The new buttermilk premium chicken sandwich was dry but some what tasty… Too bad it wasn’t a hot juicy larger succulent Delicious chicken breast… More like a processed patty. The fries were still luke warm after asking for hot crispy fries Why??? McDonald’s what are you doing??? that’s why I hardly ever go… Such false advertisement. Damn! Such a waste of calories. I want my money back. The only thing that’s good hot & fresh is the breakfast food. Enjoy!

They get one star because there very only give you one sauce and charge for any extra even though you bought food. Really? Because I mean a small container of sauce costs them so much. What a joke!!! Every other McDonald’s will give you as much within reason as long you bought food. I asked for two and told only give one for free. Such bs! Also when you ask to have a table wiped off they first try to offer you napkins. This location is kinda a joke. Avoid it if possible.

I know it’s just McDonald’s but I have to give this place a great review because I come to this location has the nicest people. Everyone is always smiling and I never get any attitude.(Unfortunately that’s rare at fast food joints)

Long day from work and went through the drive-through. So disappointed when you’re ready to enjoy your chicken nuggets and you see that they give you actual honey instead of honey mustard. They could’ve at least checked before handing you the bag.

I like this Mac Donald’s’ s because it is always consistent on service and food. Every time I visit here, my food is always correct and fresh. Today I just got lightly salt fries and an ice cream cone. Yes I ate them together! So delish. My favorite weird mix, besides fries and sweet and sour sauce. Ordered my food through drive-thru. A bit of a line but my fries were fresh and perfect.

Take note that this McDonalds charges more than other locations. If you do decide to dine here just forget about the drive-thru and go right inside. The drive-thru takes forever, but the cashiers inside will have you out of there in a jiffy.

Been coming here since I was little and I use to love coming but now I just stopped going. Service is really slow and the fries are now always lukewarm. Also the drive thru takes forever and a day to get food and the line backs all the way through the parking lot. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management but I think they need to fix it.

They still maintained the new café look at this place. However I was very disappointed when I saw all the electrical outlets now covered with full metal plates. I guess they wanted to prevent customers from staying longer which I don’t get because they are trying to promote that café, free wiifi feel trying to compete with Starbucks. This place always have people meeting here for meetings. It does get quite loud and you an hear their conversations. But for the most part there are always a lot of empty tables and they are kept clean. Employees constantly moping and wiping down tables. One thing I found funny was that they kept all their napkins at the counter unlike other locations with a dispenser. I guess the owner of this franchise is being stingy. Drive thru always has a long line. I prefer coming inside. Short lines and plenty of parking because they share parking with Home Depot.

The lady at drive thru was ready to send us away before giving me my iced mocha so I guess that should have been a tell-tale sign that I should have checked my bags. I got home and the 2 happy meals I ordered were missing the chicken nuggets! They also disnt give us any straws. To make things worse, I have been calling their number listed and no one has answered yet. I’ve called at least 5 times in the past half hour. They have no voice mail either. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!!

The girl working drive-thru on 4⁄5 @ 3:25 was very unpleasant. She had major attitude when we asked if ahem could change they kids happy meal toy for another one. She made faces and huffed. We love McDonald’s, its an American staple. But with this kind of service we won’t be coming back to this location.

Drivethrough is 24 open, but every time I go after 11pm service takes soooo long for my food. No special orders, no large quantities, just slow service. The workers just take their time.

No honest complaints about this place. Most of the staff is friendly. I think I’ve come across one or two bad apples, but I must not have been the only person that has had an issue with them because I don’t see them working there any more. Sometimes the cashiers inside of the restaurant work a bit faster than those at the drive-thru. There’s one worker(the one with the high-pitched voice) who’s really nice and friendly towards the customers. Between this location and the one on LaTijera, I pick this one. Since the remodel earlier this year this location is really nice. Always clean inside, and rather quiet. You can sit in there for hours and feel relaxed… and stuff yourself full of fries and fountain drinks.

This is my third time here, and it’s my third time that the SAME thing happened. I pull in, I get in line for the drive through. I wait. And wait. And wait. Five minutes passes, we haven’t moved forward at all, and there are now four cars lined up behind me. I give up, pull out of line, park, go inside. Three times in a row, McDonalds? Really? It’s fast food for a reason. People are in a hurry. If you can’t pull it together and move quickly, perhaps you should go get a job at a deep dish pizzeria instead…
