McDonald’s

This Mc Donalds is something else. The service is great but there are many homeless people outside. It give it a very unsanitary look. But, other than that this place is great.

Worst fucking mcdonalds i have ever been to in my life. It was super hot and dirty inside, they took forever to give me two ice creams i had ordered.!! I honestly dont know how this location is even open still, first and last time im ever going here.

This is the worse McDonald’s I ever been too… The service is so crappy. I ordered an ice cream cone and i had to wait 15 minutes for it when 5 people behind got there things first. I’m NEVER coming here again. And the worse part is that the workers are rude. It’s ridiculous

I can see lots of changes in this McDonald’s location, I have been here two months ago and many other times before, as i came back yesterday I’m still expecting the same dull treatment and slow service, but I’m starving then so i just came in, this time the service is way too different from i used before, i can sense that they are paying much attention now to their costumers and also every single employee is smiling while serving.
This kind of weird changes somehow makes a good impression to me.
So i’ll give 4 start now.
Keep it up.

The service is not bad. Let me just say that, everyone was nice and attentive but…
They are understaffed. I saw a line for the restroom and they were not waiting for someone inside. They were waiting for the lady to come with the key and open the door. I guess bc they want to prevent vandalism.
The place wasn’t very clean and I had a dude ask me if I had any change that I could spare. This didn’t really bother me but it may bother you.
If you know the area you know what to expect, if you don’t lower whatever expectations you have based on other McDonald’s you may have been to.

This place sucks. It’s dirty, the food isn’t very good. The older woman who works the counter is a rude b***. Trying to say I did and didn’t order something. I clearly ordered what I wanted and repeated it for clarity to make sure no fuck ups occurred. Don’t insult my intelligence and say I didn’t say something. I know what I said. Also the place is infested with flys. Gross.

Ok I write reviews based on location and customer service …
First off this place is in the middle of downtown so parkin is horrible … also its real small, kitchen wise compared to the dinning area so I would understand them being real slow during rush hours. also no tokens for restroom access so thats real bad. They charge a quarter…
Customer was not that great but it wasnt bad either I always know what I want and theres not much interaction with the employee. But she also looks new so id expect her to be slow.

I know it’s a McDonald’s and you shouldn’t expect much. Except this is the equivalent of a McDonald’s from the year 1900. I have had several meals purchased here that were clearly unsanitary from a hair in my big mac to a snag nail in my fries this place should be avoided at all costs. I recommend any other location of McDonalds.

I was spending Sunday with my family and we were walking through the fashion district. We were all starting to get a little hungry, so we went to this McDonald’s. It was the single WORST fast food restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. The food quality was bad, even for a McDonald’s. The restaurant smelled like a dirty foot and looked like no one had cleaned it in days. I was excited to leave! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This is the most disgusting Mcds I’ve ever been to! The restrooms and lobby are so dirty! I would never ever eat there! Just imagine how the kitchen must be! The only reason I went in was to use the restroom. Their corporate should be ashamed of this filthy restaurant! Ewwwwwww!

the scariest mcdonald’s i have ever been to… people were literally fighting while waiting in line for the bathroom… the bathroom had like thirty ladies in lines cause there’s only two stalls. very uncomfy atmosphere, it felt like a riot was going to break out. it was a last resort for me. service wasn’t great either, it was like you order and they want you out of their way.

It’s McDonald’s, what kind of review for the food are you expecting from me?
I’m just glad this place exists coz they let you use their restroom. Probably the only public restroom I know of here in DTLA.

ordered immediately, since there was no line. I ordered the an oatmeal, orange juice, and hashbrown (of course)

why am i still waiting for my food? AND im late to work… not only that but when i get to work i notice they didnt give me ketchup! gRRrrR!!! there was also a stupid lady behing the counter, think she was a manager who was yapping on her phone the whole time! she shouldve hung up that damn phone and helped them deep fry ma hashbrown shooot!
the plus is that it isnt as dirty as it might look from the outiside… i think, i dont know i didnt eat there. but its kinda creepy.

Who am I kidding? WHO looks up McDonald reviews??? But just in case you might have to go to one in the middle of downtown Los Angeles here is mine! Ha… I’m sure you won’t find this THAT useful… but thanks for letting me vent
I have to agree with Gary. This place is sad. The workers in here never get their orders right and the oat meal we ordered was filled with water. Okay, okay I know we are not gettin steel cut cooked lovingly over a slow brewing stove but what the heck? Do we really have to see the water and stir it in ourselves?! Come on guys!
We only buy food here to use their restoom and everytime it has been a disappointment. The employees are probably the most unhelpful and unfriendly I have ever met!
McDonalds Corp. All I can say is get rid of the food and just charge for the restooms at this particualr location. Your employess act like they would rather be doing anything else other than taking our orders! How about handing them some comet and a bowl brush and giving us both a break… They act like they’d rather be cleaning toilets than taking our order anyways!

Why in the world would anyone go to a McDonalds in the middle of downtown next to the hobo infested alley? Well if you want to take a leak with a working toilet, this might be your only option. I stumbled upon this place after shopping at the alley and I didn’t want to walk a mile back to the public bathrooms. Since the bathrooms here are available to «paying» customers only, my only option was to buy a double cheeseburger so I can take a whiz at one of these fancy stalls.
Oh yea, did I mention don’t even ask for water cups? They don’t have that available in DT LA because of the hobos. Everything seem to be made hobo proof. The next time you think why they do things a certain way in downtown LA, just think hobos.

Ordinarily I would not be reviewing a McDonald’s, however, this one just takes the cake for being the most ghetto I’ve ever been in. Not only was it dirty, crowded with long lines for both the food AND the bathrooms, but there is no airconditioning inside. It was disgustingly hot. What made it so much worse and pathetic was the fact that it was much cooler outside and it’s summer for god’s sake and it was not cool outside by any means.
Everyone standing in line was sweating up a storm. I was dying for a cold drink and lil guy was getting a snack, so after we ordered, I thought we were gonna get our cup for our drink but dammit, they made us wait until the food order was ready before giving us the cup even though I asked for it.
