A person who is dressed like a manager needs to cut his nails, that’s gross and completely unacceptable. I didn’t even start eating, I’m already writing this review. I don’t even wanna think of them making my food. Makes me wanna stop eating at any Mc Donald’s, period.

First time I came, I was in the drive through and I was at the last window where you pick up your food. I was the only car and waiting about 5 minutes for my smoothie and burger. No one greeted me but the manager walked past a couple of time. I tried to call her but she just looked at me, so I revved my cars engine to get their attention and they called me rude and disrespectful for doing that even tho they wouldn’t listen to me. After I got my food I got home, my order was completely wrong. Like how did u get the only order in the drive through wrong??? The second time I came, I got nuggets and a sweet tea. When I got my meal, the fries were cold, I had no sauce, and the nuggets tasted old. And best part was that they gave me unsweet tea rather than sweet. Highly disappointed and they should get their act together… Very disappointing.

Friendly service up front, BUT… the eggs on my Egg White Delight McMuffin were cold & undercooked, and the cheese unmelted(which should have been a warning had I paid attention to it). At least my coffee was hot. After asking to speak with a manager and showing her the uncooked eggs in my sandwich, I got a blank stare. It was only after I mentioned that I would be calling the Health Department — and also a lawyer if I got food poisoning from this incident — that she finally offered to replace the uncooked eggs with a new sandwich with COOKED eggs. I don’t expect a whole lot from a fast food chain like McDonald’s… but I most certainly DO expect my food to be cooked! And I should not have to threaten a lawsuit before something is done about a mistake like this. Now I need to go find a nearby drugstore and buy some Pepto-Bismol…

I made a stop at this McDonald’s location for some fries and apple pie’s yesterday. The food was good, but the service was weird. The person that handed me my order didn’t acknowledge me at all while handing it over to me(she didn’t give a smile or say anything).

All day breakfast menu is now here. I’m here at 10:30 at night and it does take a few minutes longer to get breakfast made. They had me pull over to the side and wait. Still, excited I can have breakfast 24⁄7. I am not a morning person.

Probably one of the worst establishments around. It took me over 5 minutes to get a refill of coffee at the counter The lady tried but was not really customer friendly. I will give her a second chance as I believe in giving second chances. The breakfast is decent for the money and the place is large and I was able to read a little here I will come back again. This is my second negative review and it is because of one employee.

I don’t know why this location hasn’t been getting good reviews. Just because there happens to be a lot of homeless people hanging around, does not mean that your burger quality is going to suffer. And can we talk about the ALLDAYBREAKFASTMENU?! This new addition is a total game changer. You can’t beat a sausage Mcmuffin at 10pm. As far as the play place goes, I wouldn’t know much about its condition. As a grown woman with no children, I tend to stay away from child designated areas. Two thumbs staying way up for McDonalds!

Worst fast food ever. They give you what they want. Not what you like. I hate this place. used to be the best 10 years bad I work close to it. some times I still go there to get my coffe. I just wish once day they can hire somebody could run this place better. God please do something.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. 90% of the orders I’ve made have been wrong. They can’t make simple burgers. They forget cheese or sauce. I’m boycotting the whole company from now on. The service in all stores isn’t good but this one is awful.

This place seems like just any McDonald’s on the outside, but my first experience here(today) has been awesome! The customer service was amazing. I don’t name people but I have to say that Jesse was great, and made our experience here at McDonald’s awesome. He’s always hustling to get orders to your table, greeting you and keeping an uplifting atmosphere. 10⁄10 would come here again.

Well i will have to agree about the soda machine here it does need repairs. Sometimes the coke tastes real funny and most of the time the service is very nice and they tell you when the soda machine is broken and what is available to drink. But both machines really don’t work even if you put ice the drink is not cold because the ice melts to quickly but other then that I do enjoy the food and the service is friendly some have attitude but this is an a okay McDonald’s.

The customer service has gotten better at the drive thru. The soda machine inside needs to be serviced. The coke taste weird and it’s never cold. And there is one employee who I see that’s always sitting outside smoking on the steps. Kinda rude to be doing that in front of your place of employment.

To be real, I can’t believe I ate here for so long. It’s probably partially the reason why I don’t eat fast food anymore. I can’t even believe that’s what I thought McDonald’s tasted like. One night I went to another McDonalds, the one right down the street on La Cienega, and I was like… OMG…why does this taste so different?! …and it was a basic cheeseburger. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again. No. Way. Plus there are a bunch of homeless people and tweakers constantly all around it and inside. The lobby is 24 hours and it gets pretty sketch. I remember the few times I actually went in at night I would feel uncomfortable but otherwise I mostly used the drive-thru. Never again.

They ration everything here. You have to beg for an extra packet of sweet and sour sauce even if you’ve got a 20 piece order of nuggets. Pro tip: they hide the salt and pepper. You have to ask them, and even then, they’ll only give you three. Tartar sauce on the filet o fish is dismal. We watched the people here fill up a milkshake. It was only ¾ths full. Given the location of this area, a lot of residents might see McDs as a treat. Rather than provide a great fast food place where people get full value for their dollar, this place is nickle and diming everything AND ostensibly ripping people off their milkshakes.

A young African American employee with braces refused to fill up my fries when they were obviously not full, he accused me of eating them and said«sorry» I got him and they looked like this picture I posted. He should not have a job there for refusing a customer

This Mc Donald’s has the worst customer service employee WON is a loser and doesn’t know how to treat people. This guy should be either sent back to the Mc Donald’s etiquette school or fired. This idiot refuse me service after I corrected his errors. What a joke this place is. Avoid this Mickey Dees if possible…

The parking lot can get a little hectic but don’t let it scare you off if your hungry. They have two ordering«areas» in the drive trough and it usually goes pretty fast… unless they run out and you have to wait in the reserved section for them to bring out your order– which seems to happen here quite often. The good thing if you will about having to wait in the reserved section is that you know your food is fresh and comes out hot — so that’s good right lol? I have been inside a couple times, and it sometimes has quite the characters hanging out inside and out but usually I just stick to the drive through since its more convenient. The people always seem nice and the food is pretty standard.

This is used to be LITERALLY the worse McDonalds I had ever been to. But they have been making huge efforts to improve it seems and so I’m going to give a positive review on hopes they keep getting better still because this is one of my most convenient locations. They now play music(oldies) in the dining area. Tables are cleaned regularly. The staff is going the extra mile to give the best service they can. Food quality and order correctness is vastly improved. They even got rid of the ear splitting kitchen beeping noises that were always going off. Seriously, all of these areas were below 1 star level just a few months ago. They even now seem to be enforcing the loitering limit so homeless aren’t hanging out in the back booths all day and night. I don’t know what they did to turn this location around, new manager? New owners? Whatever it was I hope they keep it up. This is now one of the better McDonalds anywhere in the area.

This McDonald’s is 24/7, and that is very useful for when you need some food early in the morning and are just looking for a drive thru. The drive thru line can get pretty long here, but the service is very quick. Also, the employees here are very nice, cheerful and make me feel less guilty about getting McDonald’s… lol! Because of course, it is not the healthiest choice, but it is quick, cheap, and convenient.
