Ask for Laura!!! I came in today with my fiancé mom and brother and Laura took care of us. We got our flower girl basket, our guest book, my veil, the ring boy pillow and more. She was able to answer all of our answers and make me feel special on a busy day. I am happy that we found this spot and highly recommend her to any bride or anyone involved in a wedding.

I normally don’t like going to DTLA but a lot of people suggested to check it out. I don’t like la traffic, la parking, the crowd and it just… smells. But I still went and I’m glad I did. Mazdos is most likely the BEST bridal/​wedding accessory shop in DTLA. They have a LARGE selection of veils. They also sell jewelry, garters, robes, coins, cords… everything you need! The salesperson that assisted me was Laura. I was hesitant at first because of the price but she was incredibly patient and understood my reasoning. I decided to go look around and compare but eventually came back to Mazdos. I ended up buying everything I needed for a good price. This place was a one stop for all accessories. Thank you Laura!

I absolutely love this store!!! Laura was super helpful!!! She helped me find the perfect veil and tiara to compliment me wedding dress beautifully!!! And the prices are great!!! I would recommend this store to all my friends who are getting married!!!

Brace yourself for this review its a long one but very helpful!
I’ve been stalling to write this review to calm my irritation and displeasure about this particular parlor. Please save yourselves some time and skip this bridal shop in the wonderful DTLA district. I was wooed in by the wonderful looking veils that were placed all around the store & the jewelry looked nice and sparkly. I am not going to lie, its a decent looking store. The service was nice, the worker put the veil on me, had her 2 cents about it, I liked the way it looked so I purchased my seemingly perfect lace veil & blusher… Everyone was skippy and smiley… until I got home. LO & behold, the veil and blusher were two different laces!!! Excuse me! Two different laces, I mean completely, different design, different pattern laces. I called & spoke to manager who also happened to be the attendant helping me and told her my concern. Her response is to email the company email and ask them for an exchange bc they have a strict policy of returns & exchanges which is… NO returns or exchanges at all. Period. Point blank. Okay. So I email the company, & same response. They emailed me back and stated that it was my poor decision that I purchased the veil and blusher. In my head, «no they didnt just say that! How rude!», so I responded «its not my fault your manager does not know how to match a veil and a blusher!!» Okay, so i didnt say that, please Lord forgive me, instead I wanted to write a review.
Listen ladies, YOUR wedding is one of the most important days of your life! You want to feel beautiful and just simply have everything perfect! Do not have folks speak garbage by saying «your poor decision on picking the veil/​blusher.» Seriously how insensitve are you? Youre a BRIDAL parlor– BRIDE first. Hello!!! Geez. Anyways I did not pay attention to the details like that, because #1 I am super nervous & anxious and #2 im getting extra anxious & nervous by the minute bc I want it to be perfect bc Im only getting married ONCE (yes I said it) #3 you have the nerve to say my poor decision I chose the veil/​blusher. Um NO, it was my poor decision walking into your store, thats what I did wrong. Oh goodness, now I have to go repent, sorry again Lord. Please forgive me! I dont doubt the quality of wedding accessories, HOWEVER, I do hold companies and stores on a high standard when it comes customer service. I was given two different laces. I only wanted ONE SAME lace for the entire look, since my dress is already lace. A simple exchange. Nope– this store is so full of pride and neglect they don’t care & simply want a sale. Please be aware of this place. I have no respect for stores who will do anything to get your money & not care about customer satisfaction. MERP. You get zero brownie points for that sorry.
There are lots of other reasonable stores like Mo Accessories, Happy Days & Royal Accessories (I bought my veils, bridesmaid jewelry, bridal jewelry, clutch, & everything else). Enjoy those stores instead!!! They value you as the bride & will make sure you’re satisfied, if not, more than that. Do not give in this place because you «think» you may have a good deal. Save your time & money, and get your bridal things elsewhere. You won’t regret It! Toodles dolls!
