I bought my son a Cello from Martins’ and it couldn’t have been easier. At my son’s school, there was an introduction event where many music stores came out to offer instruments for purchase or rental so we had maybe 10 stores to choose from and I did a fair amount of searching on ebay as well. After a fair amount of research, Martins’ had the best price for a quality instrument and they were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them. I’d also add, they’re a small, family business which is appealing to me, they understood what I was looking for, my price range and found exactly the right instrument for my son.
