Martin Fierro Asados

Absoulutly fantastic. I’ve been to multiple party’s that was catered by MFA and every time the food and service is 2^nd to none. Everything they make is top notch and is as authentic Argentine as it comes. You’re not only paying for the food but the experience that comes with a true Argentine BBQ.
I would recommend MFA to all of my friends and anyone that wants a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience !! Worth trying it ! The team” gauchos” do a superb job cooking, presenting, showing the different cuts and the taste is delicious.
Nothing better than an authentic argentine bbq. Very reasonable amounts and variety of salads including the authentic chimichurri sauce… The best !
I tried them at a friends bday house party and will be considering calling them in the future to cater our next party.

Just celebrated my 45^th Birthday, had Martin come out to Glendale, Az to caterer the event. One word describes the food and service. AWESOME! the food was out of this world, the service PERFECT. My friends and family raved about everything. One person told me they would «never look at chicken the same.» The catering was an event on its own. Can not wait to do this again next year.

MFA catered for my wedding and the food was just incredibly delicious. The feedback I received was phenomenal, also! Many guests commented how that was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.
The menu is extensive (different kinds of meat plus potato salad, green salad, bread, empanadas) And it’s all-​you-​can-​eat save for the empanadas (1 per guest). It doesn’t get better than that!
All the meat is amazing and what takes it over the top is their chimichurri sauce. Wow. It took the meat to a whole new level.
They dress up in traditional gaucho outfits and start grilling hours before your event starts. They provided some entertainment value as many guests just stood there ogling all that glorious meat grilling (mostly men, as you can imagine.)
They customer service is great, also. They set up a meeting with me well before the wedding so they could walk through how they’d set up the tables, and to answer any questions I would have. I would contact them through email instead of calling, though.
The only caveat is that they do not do tastings of the food beforehand, which is why I didn’t give them a perfect 5 stars. I heard about them through word of mouth and I’m so happy that I trusted that and went with them.
I also suggest that when you book them, let your guests know that there are two rounds of meat. I forgot to do so and my guests were too full to go for the second round.
You’ll be very satisfied with MFA for your next event. I just wish they had a restaurant. I’d be there in a second.
