Marnie Goodfriend Photography

We had Marnie and her husband drive up from Southern California to our wedding in Northern California because we really liked her work and she was recommended by a friend. We are *really* happy we did. Having two photographers at the event (and at our hotel while we got ready) because they could capture multiple perspectives of the same shot, or two completely different events happening simultaneously. They were both meticulously organized too: they had a list of the types of shots they should be getting and they checked them off (reminding each other as they went along) as they shot them.
And the quality of the photos was/​is amazing. You know those photos you see of *other* people’s weddings that make the whole thing seem like a dream? Well, that’s how we feel looking at photos of our own wedding. Don’t believe me? Here’s proof!
You can go wrong with these guys. Very friendly, helpful, organized, professional and artistic. Both my wife and I highly recommend!

In any event, Marnie is a wonderfully talented photographer who has a great eye for creative details. Marnie provided some wonderful props and accessories for our shoot together, and did an incredible job scouting locations where the lighting and background would appear magical.
For a photographer who is true to her art, and adds a bit of whimsy in the details of her work, Marnie Goodfriend is the perfect person for the job.

My fiancé and I recently did our engagement shoot with Marnie and we had a great time. Marnie is so calm and sweet. We were at ease right away with her. I can see why her photos of kids and people in love come out so beautifully, as Marnie just seems to put her whole heart into her work. She was daring and creative at the shoot, but also very open to our own ideas. Without a doubt she captured the essence of who we are as a couple. I can’t wait for the the wedding shoot!
