I just called this place to have apointment and they are really confusing me. The lady who answer the phone was so rude and hated her job. She asked me about my phone number I said ok just sec. and she hang up on my immediately while im giving her my number, WEIRDO

I was told results would be ready in 10 days (usually is 3 – 5). Standard norm is NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS, right? I still don’t trust that rule so I called 15 days after my visit to make sure everything was fine. As it turns out some of the results were abnormal and the receptionist said the Dr would have to discuss them with me, but Dr DeLeon was not around. I called every day for a week, finally I asked to speak to someone and was transferred to a different Dr, male (I specifically asked for a female) retired so I’m not really sure what his role was in that office, any who since I was dying to hear my results I spoke to him. He suggested I come back and see the Dr. and have another blood test done. Needless to say NO THANK YOU.
This is the mixed feeling part, I went into the office to get my files so that I could take them to another office, since I paid for them. The receptionist and staff are so helpful and friendly, so this review should not reflect their jobs.
I will not be returning to the office.
