I’ve been coming to this meat market for years!!! I grew up in ELA and my mom would always come here to buy the meat. Even though I don’t live there I still make the drive to buy their meat!!! You can ask the butchers to cut the meat the way you like it and they also the have great seasoning!!! This is a family owned business, I’m all for supporting small business owners!!!

I’ve had their meat before from past parties I went to and I finally came on my own! I like the way they prepare/​season their meats! The chicken has seasoning that tastes like pesto which is different, the carne is pretty thick too, and the prices are cheap even for summer time! Recommend coming here just to add that authentic/​different mexican flavor profile to your parties! I travel from Rosemead cuz it’s worth it.

Since the new people came in to manage the store. We been hearing and experiencing over charge issues. I even got a crv (california recycle value) (which only happens when buying drinks on glass or plastic.)charge on vegetables once. When I ask about it owner said that the city comes in and sets the registers that he doesn’t have anything to do with it. Yeah right, like if I’m stupid or something. Always check your charges and ask about it if you have to because they always try to talk their way way out of it. We try no to go there anymore unless we have to.

Great Family Market Fulfilling Lots Of Local Needs

The Maravilla Meat Market is an exceptional neighborhood market in the vicinity of my regional office building in East L.A.
THE SETUP
The market is perfectly situated for me to drop in and grab the random pack of gum, or mints. It also has an extensive meat counter with many different kinds of meat and cuts.
Maravilla also has an extensive fresh produce section from which most salad fixens or sauteed potential items can be found.
PEPSI — OLD SCHOOL
What I really enjoy is the selection of old school Pepsi bottles this market has for sale. It’s like stepping back into the 70s for me to see bottles of Pepsi again.
THE LOWDOWN

Family has been coming to this meat market for years! Hands down best spot ever! Everything is cut fresh daily. You can ask them to prepare the meat for you so u don’t have to season it later. Love love love their meat!
