Clean building, decent security and the Mana Café rules. Nice views of the dtla skyline from this building enjoy parking across the street for $ 5 M-​F only. The shops around are a mix of apparel and footwear and the alleys are near by.

Abundance of fashion moguls meet here on the daily. If I’m not mistaken there are a few more office spaces to rent up here. Not a bad place being smack center of the fashion district.
There’s a sandwich shop in the 1st floor.
NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS (Don’t tell anyone, but the 2nd floor bathroom is always unlocked. So if you need to make a sneaky trip to do so, do it. Cleaner than the one in the alley, I’m sure.)
