Maid To Order Service

I have had previous good service from this company. Maybe did not get there on time each time but no harm no foul since the cleaning was good. Well — I moved recently and asked her to clean before I moved in — she charged me what I thought was reasonable. I had her come again today and she charged me THREE times as much. Why, I have no clue especially since I told her not to do all the rooms just vaccum and clean bathrooms. I called her to discuss it, since she had sent her ladies to clean and apparently (since I was talking with her reps) she agreed to my price, I still gave them a tip and then (after I made the check out) was told by her cleaning reps that she doesn’t want me to ever call her again. Without ever speaking to me. What an unprofessional thing to do. I will never use them again (obviously) and I hope others take this as a warning — this is after a 5 year relationship where I thought we had established an understanding. I had NEVER before complained about a price — but this one was an obvious gauging so I brought the issue up. SHAME on her.

we’ve been using Maid to Order for a couple of years or more. they do a great job. they are regular, and ON TIME, or they advise of a need to change the schedule for whatever reason.
very efficient and reasonably priced.
clearly discusses up front what can be done and what, say out of reach high areas, is beyond their abilities. the ONLY cleaning service and we’ve tried a few, which acknowledges accidental breakage and stands behind repair or replacement.
provides all the necessary cleaning agents and tools, but will use anything else that you prefer to provide.
does not deal with pets, so our dogs are crated or outside if we’re home.

Absolutlely horrible service, supposed to come on one day but they will not call nor give us intimation… people have to wait for them… worst service i have ever seen. very reckless cleaning
