I ordered a magazine on June 30. Today, nearly 2.5 months later, I called the company to see if I had been scammed. The person who answered did not identify the company they worked for and had to ask what site I ordered through. Shady…
Although they could not answer my questions on the phone, I received an email later saying that I should get my first magazine by the end of September, 3 months after I ordered. We will see if it actually happens.

I placed an order for ESPN Magazine in late December. In late January I contacted Magmall to see where things stood and was told the order would likely be processed by mid-​March. I contacted the company again a few days ago to find that I would be receiving my first issue in mid-​April.
4 months to process an online order?
If you want to save a couple dollars and don’t mind waiting 4 months before your subscription starts then Magmall fits the bill. If you wish to start receiving your magazines in a more timely manner I suggest looking elsewhere.

The only reason they get any stars is because the customer service rep replies to my emails very quickly, but the bottom line is this: I ordered the Atlantic Monthly on July 9, 2010 and I am writing this review on September 23, 2010 and I still have not received my first issue. How hard can it be to put me in the circulation database, check the box that I am current, and send me the issue the next month. Ahhhh!
