Food is OK,.but the girl who answers the phone to deal with customers is an unhelpful asshole. She order wrong and refused to fix it. Do not waste time ordering here.

Worst customer service. There was a mistake on the wrap I ordered for delivery so they added Turkey when I opted out of a meat option. They didn’t fix it or send a new one nor would they reimburse me. They said it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing they could do. Absolute bullshit. Fuck them. Took an hour and a half to get there only to get soggy food and a completely wrong order. The fries were so under seasoned and soggy it tasted like wet socks.

Over-priced mediocre food served in small quantities. Seriously, the breakfast burrito is $ 8 and you serve it with Tostitos Salsa?! You’re better off going to Del Taco because it’s the same quality for so much cheaper.

Had no chip selection, dry over cooked burger. Shake was milky. Probably not going back.

The sandwiches are pretty good, however a bit over priced. The fries are really good! They are open late so this is always a great back-up place if you want something more healthy later at night.

I like the burgers, service, good price. Everything is fresh. Gorgeous smoothies. Recommend everyone to visit this place and try their food.

The boyfriend and I have passed by this place more than a dozen times and have been meaning to stop in but haven’t gotten the chance to until today. We were not disappointed! He got the salmon baguette($ 13)which was great. Really good salmon. I got the misto baguette($ 11), which actually comes on squaw which I like better than baguette anyway, and it was also very good! I definitely recommend it since it was topped with avocado, cucumber, artichoke, red pepper, and some quality pesto. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the price is a little high than what I’d like to pay for a sandwich lunch but overall it was a decent value for the quality ingredients and you get a side and pickle with your sandwich also. Will be coming back for sure!

I am shocked by the low stars that this place has, my fiancé and I have been ordering from here multiple times a week for a couple months now, not a single problem! I’ve gone in as well for my order and the guy at the counter, can’t remember his name, was super nice and got my food out promptly. The fiancé wasn’t a huge fan of their breakfast burrito, but we absolutely love their salads and that turkey avocado bacon sandwich. We can’t get enough, it’s the best deli sandwich in LA. I wish I wasn’t trying to squeeze into a wedding dress so soon but come December, I’m going to gorge myself on that sandwich! Five stars for the club sandwich and the prompt delivery service! It is a little pricey, but I’ll pay good money for good quality!

After I posted my review below, the owner contacted me and offered us a free lunch which is legit and cool. My BF got a sandwich and enjoyed it. I can respect a place that rights it’s wrongs and would go back simply because of that. _____________________ Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Subpar sandwiches for $ 13 and they couldn’t get simple special requests right(no tomato/side salad instead of pasta salad). Definitely disappointed. And still hungry.

Ordered delivery for late night dinner at 11:45 pm. Got a chicken noodle soup and chili cheese fries. The portions were good. The prices were good. There was a $ 5 delivery charge in addition to tax. So the price of food was almost equal to the price of delivery&tax. Took about 25 minutes to deliver and was overall an alright experience. Would go to this place to pick up or dine in, but not for delivery. Update* The food have my boyfriend and I stomach aches. I have an alright tolerance to food but my boyfriend has a stomach of steel so if it’s hurting him that’s not a good sign

Got it for delivery today and the food was good. A little late, but good. Bad thing is that I found a live bug in my salad, which is why I give it a 3

Decided to give this place a shot despite the reviews. Bad Idea. A small helping of burned/overcooked french fries, an overcooked, under seasoned burger on an inferiror bun later and I am out $$$, while looking for another meal. Do not order delivery, unless you have a few hours to kill*

The worst place on earth, shitty food, shitty service, Shitty delivery. Do not order unless you can allow yourself to wait 2 hours for a cold greasy dish with no flavor. The worst experience ever!!! This place is on my blacklist and to be honest B4 trying this place I had no blacklist. Stay away!!!

Usually go with the Classic French Toast Combo. Filling and delicious. Small deli with a large selection. Free WiFi. One of my favorite places to grab a reliable meal. As far as delivery. They deliver according to the wait time listed on the page. Right to your door. Food was still hot both times I ordered. Thank me later.

Saw them on Eat24 and that had some great healthy options. So I ordered a protein plate for a late breakfast: egg whites, chicken breast, toast, and fruit. Then the problems started. The delivery estimate was 30 to 45 minutes. After 60 minutes passed, I contacted Eat24 via chat. They contacted the deli and were told my food had already left for delivery. At this point, I thought no worries, because sometimes things are a little late. Unfortunately, 30 minutes passed and they still had not showed up. I contacted Eat24 again, but then the food finally arrived. Nearly 100 minutes after I ordered it, and I live right down the street from them. Oh, and they charge $ 3 extra(not including driver tip) for this pitiful delivery service! Open the box of food and they had packaged the chicken, toast and eggs in the same Styrofoam box. Between the juices from the chicken and egg whites(which were very yellow from either too much butter or whatever they cooked the chicken with since it was also colored oddly too), the toast was a soggy mess. The chicken was cold, the eggs were cold, and the side of fruit was warm. I barely ate half of it before I gave up. I contacted Eat24 to request a refund or a discount. Once again they contacted the deli and the manager refused to do anything. No refund. No discount No nothing. They had zero sense of responsibility for delivering their customers fresh food. Luckily, Eat24 was super awesome and they offered me a balance towards my next purchase. So verdict is in: Eat24 is cool. Avoid Mad Men Deli, because they suck.

I went here spontaneously. I ordered a bbq chicken burger. The chicken was cooked well it was moist and had a good flavor but the flavor of the chicken conflicted with the bbq sauce of the sandwich. The chicken had more of a Asian taste like sate not the mequite flavor of something that would have been grilled for bbq. The french fries were cooked to order and seasoned well. The cashier was super nice and made me feel welcomed.

I only order four things from the menu: — turkey avocado sandwich on wheat bread(idk what it is, but their wheat bread is really yummy) — chef’s salad(lots of fresh veggies and meat. Boar’s Head meat is a bit salty though) — breakfast burrito with turkey bacon(better when cold…) — proscuitto breakfast sandwich on croissant(kinda greasy but so good) I usually don’t have any issues with their food or customer service. However, they did mess up my order once and most recently, they delivered me a sandwich with burnt bread. I wonder if it has anything to do with the hour of day and staff, because I never seem to have problems when I order late at night.

To give one star is generous. Let me start with the delivery that was 30 mins late, okay the reviews warned me but aren’t reviews designed not only to help us make a good choice, but as a small business owner myself I read them to better my service. The worst part was the food. The«classic Reuben» was salty, not toasted, and missing the pickle. «Deluxe French toast» was dry and awful and also missing powdered sugar, mixed berries and an entire peice of toast. I added on «monday50centwings» coupon, another mistake they came super greasy and undercooked. The«chicken quesadilla» was so bland and so simple im embarrassed I didn’t ask my 5 yr old nephew to make it. By the time it had all arrived I was starving So I finished the food myself. After 35 mins preparing I was ticked that I orderd food I had to prepare myself and then noticed missing items. I called customer care to request a refund, Brittany from grub hub was awesome however when she contacted the resturant the owner/manager was ranting about he doesn’t understand why people order online, he’s not making any money, etc. His excuses for refund denial are even better! The chicken wings couldn’t possibly be undercooked because his fryers are 7000 $ and on a timer, he toasted the Reuben himself. French toast excuse was the best: I ordered it «to go» I should expect things to be missing… The best french toast I swear is the«Mother’s Day french toast» at «casa chocolate», it advertised that it comes with grilled peaches, bananas, and mixed berries. ALWAYS has everything and them some and almost always has a extra piece, even after delivery it tastes like it just came off the griddle
