The massage technique by the therapist was amazing. However– I was juped! I booked a one hour massage and only had my back side (neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet) massaged and not the front side. The massage was not complete. To my knowledge massage should be front and back of body arms, legs, back, feet etc. Mind boggling that this therapist totally juped me and shortcutted. I would have given more than five stars if he had actually completed the massage.

I was just pregnant and suffered from pregnancy acne. I’ve been embarrassed because my skin is naturally clear. She spent time on every inch of my face making sure it was clean. I really appreciated her. Thank you

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and updated with very chic furniture. The top floor fitness center is better than most every hotel I have ever stayed in. Conveniently located downtown, you can drive or take a bus anywhere. Parking is expensive but definitely worth it if you will be coming and going from the hotel frequently. We stayed in a suite on the 23rd floor and had really nice views of the city. Overall, this hotel shaped our traveling experience into a great one. I would recommend lodging here for anyone who wants to stay somewhere comfortable, friendly and chic.

Woke up today in definite need of some body therapy. Felt like my neck had been pretzel knoted repeatedly. I called the Spa and left a message. Keri got in touch with me right as they opened and was able to accommodate my request for the first available massage for today. Keri was patient with me explained the process and gave me some simple instructions. Monica showed up and she knew exactly where and how to fit the table for the room shape and size. Soon music was playing and I was on my way to release. of all the tension in my neck that I’d gotten up with and release in my shoulders of the daily stress I carry around. Simply put it was just a great all around full body massage. Also a nice little way to treat myself while away. It’s good to give yourself gifts after all isn’t it? This was one I couldn’t pass up :-)

Very nice place but it’s a Westin so you expect that I guess. Room was clean and bed was comfortable nice flat screen tv! Stayed only one night to get away after catching a Dodgers game. Had breakfast delivered the next morning and it was great also. The said 30 minutes and it was actually 30 minutes. Staff was polite during check in. People there know how to treat you.

Monica was amazing! I chose the oil treatment with massage and it was incredibly relaxing! She checked with me multiple times throughout the 90 minutes to make sure the pressure was good and I was comfortable. The appointment was easily made. I would definitely book another massage with Monica next time I am in LA.

making an appointment was very easy. i met with Monica, she really listened to my needs. afterwards, she even showed me some stretches for the specific areas that were tight. overall great service.

This is the only time I’ve seen spa appointments work this way. You call a number and you get a person on the phone who is off-​site but finds you a masseuse/​masseur on-​call. Worked out pretty well for me! My hotel (Figueroa) did not offer on-​site services so the Checkers was a short distance away (a $ 3 cab ride post-​massage.) I got an seen within an hour. The massage was GREAT, the guy who did it was professional and courteous. The pressure was perfect. The ONLY reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the soundproofing– there was a LOT of noise from the downtown hustle and bustle. I really appreciated the follow-​up call, too. They’ll get me back next time I am staying in Downtown LA.
