Great workout and athleticasual clothes, though I have to say their sizing is WHACK. While I’m somewhat petite(jeans size 25), I really shouldn’t be sizing out anywhere. Some of their items are way too big for me in an XS, which means those who are TRULY petite will find nothing to wear here. They have the most inflated sizing scale I’ve ever encountered, by at least a size depending on your body shape. So if you’re itty bitty, don’t bother with Lucy outside of a nice roomy pullover or workout headband. With that out of the way, their staff are sort of standard in the friendly-that-can-come-off-as-pushy department. Store layout is great and everything is always organized well, though be careful in the sale«room» because they try to trick you: one wall is on sale while the rest of the items are some of the priciest they carry.

I finally decided to invest in some quality yoga/fitness pants.(I use them for the gym and night tennis, not yoga…) I was in this past weekend and the girls were so incredibly helpful. I didnt even lift a finger. they pulled out various pants in a few sizes for me to try. I have a hard time finding pants that arent a mile too long for me … but their short length is perfect!(I’m 5’2″) I realize $ 89 is a lot to spend on yoga pants. but the fit is fantastic. If I do say so myself, my booty looks amazing in these. there is just enough«snug» without feeling restricted. they are spun with some kind of magic yarn that makes you lose 10 lbs instantly. I actually became one of those LA girls who wears yoga pants in public on weekends when not going to or coming from yoga at all. one star off for price. but I’ll pay that price again. they are totally worth it.

I generally don’t buy much from Lucy, because I tend to find most of their clothing to be overprices and not too interesting. But I love their Vital workout pants. They’re bootcut with just enough stretch to be form fitting, but not so tight that they’re unflattering leggings. They’re light weight but don’t show sweat stains. I wear them for workouts, ballroom dance practice, on weekends, etc. They’re totally multi-purpose and super comfortable. This store is small but that doesn’t matter to me because I only shop there for the pants. The service is super friendly and helpful.

One of the best places to find active-wear in a variety of sizes and fits. If you want to be stylish and comfortable while you sweat, you’ve got to try Lucy. I usually have a devil of the time finding yoga pants that are long enough for me, but Lucy’s delivers with three different inseam lengths in most styles. They are a bit on the pricey side, $ 88 for yoga pants and $ 58 for a top, but worth it in terms of fit and quality. The service at this location is top notch too!
