Super friendly service and great espresso drinks… seriously, the flat white here is legit. The café is located under the WeHo library so you can grab some java and fine literature or go for a stroll around the track in WeHo Park… or both?! The possibilities are endless. Storytime: When I came into the teachers’ lounge at one of the high schools at which I instruct, I nearly lost my shit when I saw the familiar Longshot equipment set up for an end-of-the-semester-teacher-appreciation treat. I elbowed my way to the front(that’s an exaggeration, it was just me & my co-instructor at that point) and snatched that flat white like a boss. Being the glutton I am, I unashamedly went back for seconds between classes. Do yourself & people you tolerate a favor: book their mobile espresso bar for your next event so you can make your peeps as giddy & caffeinated as I was that day! My birthday is in July… plenty of time to save your pennies ;-)

Cool place, good vibe, amazing coffee, and a serious refresh from the –taste-the-same Starbucks coffee we all have been consuming for many years now. Reasonable prices, you know what, low prices for the quality of the coffee and the snacks they offer here. Friendly staff, really makes you feel welcome, and that they value you as a customer. Strong coffee, sweet snacks, every coffee shop should learn from them.

First I would like to say that the customer service is good, people are«midwestern» friendly. So A++ for nice peeps. However the drinks are over priced in my opinion. I ordered a medium size almond latte and the total came to $ 5.71. Is it worth it? No. *What’s good, Miley?! * Food selections are great and that is probably making up for the lack of taste in coffee. Location is ideal, and the atmosphere is great.

Love this place, great location, tons of parking at the library garage, friendly baristas, great quiche, good coffee, a little hobo-y and messy at times but this is still my go to café/wifi/cold brew joint on this side of town

Their shop is next to the library, and small but cute! It opens into another seating area which has a nice view of MOCA across the street, as well as a cool wall mural that can serve as a nice backdrop for posting coffee pics on social media. I tried their cappuccino and it was really good, super smooth and not overly acidic and it didn’t taste burned at all, which is always a plus. Next time I come back I want to try the flat white, especially since they claim to be an Australian coffee place.

We used Longshot Coffee for a non-profit event, and they were fantastic! I cannot recommend them more highly! We knew that the event would be stressful/possibly contentious, but our barista, Hector, put a smile on everyone’s face and kept the coffee flowing. Not only was he incredibly swift and adept at handling a crowd of people, but the drinks themselves were absolutely perfect! Could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely hire them again for our next event.

Oh dear. Me thinks some Aussies are needed behind the bar. The two American girls behind the counter need a good schooling in how to make a good cup of Australian coffee. I’m prepared to give Longshot one more try as I had high hopes for these guys plus there are so many great reviews, but first impressions are important and from the cappuccino I was just served, complete with bubbles and served at a temperature too high to taste the bean, they are seriously going to need to take it up a notch. With Verve about to open, and Coffee Coffee on Fairfax, these guys have to do better. And I really hope they do.

One of my new favorite coffees in Los Angeles! The baristas are so friendly, each roast is perfect, and the coffee is amazing. I judge a café on their espresso and their cappuccino. The espresso was well balanced, a little acid but an amazing smooth flavor(seemed to be Arabia beans, for those that know). It really reminded me of the coffee I had in Italy. I wanted more! The only downside to an espresso is that it’s so little lol. The cappucino met my standards. Good milk to coffee ratio, a little bit of foam, and perfect temperature. And of course nice latte art. I haven’t had much to eat there but I can definitely recommend the chocolate chip cookies!!! Soft, chewy, fresh… omnomnom…anyway, their croissant was nice and flaky, and their biscotti was so good too. Their food is always fresh and baked daily. My point: if you love coffee, you’ll love this place. No pretentiousness, no hipsters or scenesters. Just straight up good coffee.

We use them for any special event we put on. They have the best chai tea and coffees! Plus– they’re Aussies! And since I have some Aussie blood in me, I fully support them! They are used by the top of the line and do a great professional job!

The guy who helped was great. Ordered a flat white with macadamia nut milk. Really good. Probably the best specialty coffee in WeHo.

The blackberry muffin! The muffin for people who never buy muffins because they are dry & too crumbly –it’s just the right amount of moist inside because it has actual blackberries! Varying selection of savory snacks. Prices are a public service and the counter guy is friendly to all. Bike racks in front & also above at library entrance. Shephard Fairey lotus/WeHo sights murals & free wifi because it is in the same building as the community meeting room. Also right across from the coolest Friends of the Library bookstore ever, where I got a complete McSweeney’s edition, a Mandarin CD set, and a book by a wonderful current Salvadorean poet for $ 6 total(I think there might have been a slight discount for answering some riddles correctly). Convenient to the park as well & kid-friendly.

My favorite coffee place is no where nearby and I wanted to try a new coffee place as it seems almost no one makes great coffee anymore. Found this place on Unilocal and had the famous Longshot and it was oh so good! Will definitely be a regular here!

As a regular at West Hollywood library, I was so hopeful that the vacancy left by now defunct Jones Coffee would be snatched up promptly, and thankfully, it finally happened. The new folks running the new coffee joint, Longshot, seem to be super friendly and super hard working. Their regular drip coffee is strong and smooth, and their espresso drinks are just as good. They promise that more better things to come yet(food, snacks, etc.). They are already serving some pastries and Tortilla Espanola which I have not tasted yet, but which looked really yummy and fresh.

I’m sitting here at LongShot’s new location and I’m a little dumbfounded. They have awesome tasting coffee, fun secret menu items, the«LONGSHOT»(ice-cream/espresso) AND half the price of other gourmet coffee shops including Starbucks. .. . to good to be true? Nope. It has finally happened. Amazing coffee for all no matter what your tax bracket.(free wifi from the library) Locally farm fresh menu coming after the grand opening February with delivery??? REALLY??? Way to go Longshot
