just wanted to leave a shout out to Live Nation for leaving a man in a wheelchair and his kids(my dad, my brother and myself, and our partners) waiting out in the rain at will call for 3 hours, only to eventually admit their mistake, giving us 5 random«better»(actually worse) tickets, allowing us to enjoy only 1 out of the 4 of the artists we paid to see.(my dad has cancer, and this may have been his only chance to see Lamb of God, a band he’s loved for decades, and he spent their set sitting in the rain outside.) and to top it all off, now that we’ve filed for a refund, Live Nation now claims we never showed up. i spoke with three different LIve Nation employees that day in Tampa, over the course of those 3 hours(all of them that were working will call, one of which was a supervisor who conveniently left after speaking with me), and yet they somehow don’t remember us. at the very least, the incident should have been documented in some kind of way. yet here i am, paying my credit card bill for this concert we barely got to see…

Do not buy their VIP pass rip off and they make you stand in line for hours with kids waiting to see their favorite groups!

Is it even possible to reach a live person? Call and they try to reroute you to automated line. No other option. Still have not reached a live person. Trying to exchange tixs that they changed the venue for. Very poor customer service. Anon competition so I’m sure they do not care. Horrible!

Spent an hour on the phone with Livenation to try and take advantage of their 72 hour refund policy. Since I bought my tickets yesterday I was hopeful for a positive experience. Turns out you have to get up with them a week before the event to snag that refund. I described my inability to time travel to no avail. After asking to speak to higher ups I was offered a partial refund for the face value of the tickets. Unfortunately the fees Livenation charges are around half the cost of the tickets themselves. Tried to get to yes, or reach a more acceptable compromise for both parties, to no avail. Stonewalled at every approach. Accepted the face value return minus the fees. I will do my best to discourage anyone I know from working with, or purchasing from, Livenation at any point in the future.
