HORRIBLE AND RUDE LADY THAT works at the store. They literally hiss at you and «dog» you when you walk in. Also, the little kid that’s with the lady is literally the most spoiled and annoying kid ever. They have no concept of what «Customer service» is.
Also… Are you kidding me that it’s even considered a Gift shop? It’s so DUSTY and empty inside!!! The place has nothing to buy but overpriced t-​shirts & backpacks for kids that don’t cost more than ¼ of what they’re listing it for. Cheap quality too.
Also apparently they sell ucla gear. Ok. Now what makes this place stand out amongst the other «ucla» gear places? And… I’m in Little Tokyo, now why would I come here to buy ucla garb?
My husband wanted to get a shirt here but left after finding how horrible the quality was for the price they charge. Other than that, not ONE single person walks in. Everybody that is walking by does NOT go inside. Why? Cause it’s not appealing & it doesn’t help that they’re rude.
Hope they close.
