What more can you expect from a $ 5 pizza? AND a drive thru? Minus one star in memory of Pioneer Chicken.

I’ve always preordered and have not been disappointed. The pizza is ok but what do you expect for $ 5.00 pizza one that tastes $ 25.00? and the chicken wings did you expect from a real chicken? Can you say crow or pigeon?

Unfortunately my experience here has not been amazing to say the least. The staff is very polite and courteous but this is the second time I have called in an order and when I have arrived to pick it up, I come to find the order was never placed. While the staff is courteous, the inconvenience of having to wait while my order is re made has me considering alternative establishments for my service. If this was a one time incident I would not make a big deal about it but since it is the second I feel it’s definitely a problem that needs to be addressed. For anyone picking up at this location I would advise taking down the name of the employee who takes down your order. That is an extra step I now have to take with this location.

Really bad service, even in the drive thru they take 30 min so the cashier could count her register in front of you.

Not enough space to sit down and eat, this place is more of a drive-through. When you walk in through those doors, you are gonna either eat it all outside, drive home, or take the bus with it in your hands. The parking lot is not necessarily clean or appealing, but it’s not the reason why you are there. It’s a small place, but is cheap. $ 5 pizza, you can’t say no to that.

Gotta love how they didn’t have hot n ready pizzas READY when I came. She said can you wait 6 minutes? I said sure, I’m hungry enough. — I ask her for ranch when the pizza is ready and when I got my pizza 15 minutes later she hands me a ranch and says normally we charge but I’m not tripping. So if you’re not tripping why bother telling me that? Wouldn’t a better approach have been normally we charge but I threw it in for making you wait? Smooth girl, smooth. Managers talk to your employees about service please.

This spot’s alright. The night that I went, I needed to pick up 3 $ 8 deep dish pizzas for my twin brothers suprise birthday party, and as I tried to order those 3 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread — it so happened that she didnt hear my order of the crazy bread. So I waited about 10 minutes,(at least they warned me about the wait) — only to get the pizza. I didn’t want to be late for the suprise, so I just said«forget it» and took the pizzas instead. Service wasn’t all that bad, but then again they can pay a little more attention to their customers.

Pizza is good like all little Cesar’s but the service is slow I’ve been here a couple times when it’s dead and have to wait around for a hot and«ready» pizza

They don’t have any parmesan cheese here!!! So rare to come by these days(speaking of Little Caesars’ only lol). At some locations, the $ 5 hot ‘n ready pizzas give you the option of sausage, but this location didn’t, so we chose pepperoni. And WTH this is the first Little Caesar’s I’ve seen with a drive through option… granted, there were metal bars around the windows for protection(and yes the outdoor«patio» in front of the restaurant was gated off, guess there’s no dine-in option here lol). I love Little Caesar’s because I don’t feel guilty buying a whole pizza for $ 5!!!

First and foremost, I’m in love with Little Caesars. As this might make my review a bit bias, I was amazed that I’ve actually found a Little Caesar’s with a drive-thru. A frickin’ drive-thru! I do have to admit that the pizzas can be hit or miss(a rarity, though) but the pizza I got had to be one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Customer service was on point as well. I did have to wait a few minutes for a cheese, but the employee even brought it out to my car once it was ready. And for those of us who never carry cash, they take debit cards too — win. Just so everyone knows… I’ll definitely be back. Did I mention they have a drive-thru?

Knowing this Little Caesars exists breaks my heart. I was one of those people very much in love with everything made at Pioneer Chicken. In my eyes it’s a staple of L.A. fast food, like Tommy’s, despite the fact that it was nowhere near as popular as Tommy’s. It was sad to this transition happen. This Little Caesars doesn’t differ much from any other one. Pizzas are $ 5, they only taste any good right after they are made and none of the employees care enough about their job to make you feel like an appreciated customer. However, there is one detail that separates this Little Caesars from any other. In fact, it makes it different from almost every pizza parlor in existence. This Little Caesars has a DRIVETHROUGHWINDOW. DRIVETHRUPIZZA. It almost felt wrong, but drive thru pizza feels very right. If you are yearning for Pioneer chicken, there is still an open one left in Boyle Heights at the corner of Soto and Whittier.
