She really did change my life, as I realized I needed to change the conversation I was having not only with my family but with myself. She gave me validation of my feelings which she gave me immediately and helped the healing process for me. Highly recommended.

As the logical, independent and self-​sufficient woman that I am, I have always been reluctant to seek help from any sort of life coaches. My sister recommended I go see Lily when I went through a particularly rough period, however, and she changed my life. But she changed it by helping me turn a problem I had no control over into the best decision I have ever made. She gently pushed me to go after my dreams, which I had been too comfortable and safe to do anything about, by filling me with courage and positivity.
