This is an incredible sauce! WOW! I topped tilapia with this and used it as a salad dressing, as well! So fresh & tasty! I can’t sing enough praises! Kudos!

Their Chilean pebre is one of the better ones I’ve had and if you like chimichurri you’d love this. Only $ 6 for a pint is definitely a steal and you can practicually use it on any meal to add another level to it. The woman working behind the table was quite funny as my buddy and I were passing her table called out to me to try a sample, since I passed her the closest, and she asked again while I wore a dumfounded stare. I accepted her invitation and took my pebre on bread and immediately thought how great it tasted. It was chilled and the cilantro added a little kick to it but not too much. She asked if any of us cooked and they pointed I do and as great minds thinking alike she would throw out what I could throw this on and I would throw out another idea. Definitely picking up some next time and making a pebre marinated brisket.

I never tried chilean pebre before, but if its as good as it is here, I love it! At 6 dollars a pint, it seems like quite the deal. They’re here at the farmers market on Friday evenings from 5 – 8:30pm.
