Dr. Benton is THE BEST! Have gone in a few times for a hurt back/​neck and he always tunes me right up. So much so that I now try to go as frequently as I can. He looks at things holistically — treating the cause of the problem, not just the surface of it – and is a thoughtful, caring practitioner. Highly recommended!

Dr. Benton helped me heal after a personal injury accident. He used chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, nutritional supplements and emotional trauma release to help me heal and deal with the underlying emotions that were blocking my healing process. He is an amazing, talented, healer and I have continued to see him for all my wellness needs from allergies, women’s health, thyroid condition and weekly adjustments. I bring my whole family to see him and his team. His office staff is very helpful.

I had the best experience at Light Touch Healing Center. I went there for neck pain that I have been ignoring for quite some time. I decided I was going to live with the pain. But a friend recommended I see Dr Benton and he just performed wonders. He knew exactly what the underlying problem was for my pain. He put me on a therapy régime consisting of chiropractic and kinesiology techniques, ultrasound and exercises. In a handful of visits I was feeling 100 percent better. I’m glad I took that step to seeing a professional that can make pains go away.

This past May I was a judge at the Swingdiego swing dance competition. I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain all weekend. I was glad to find out that Dr. Benton was able to work on me late Saturday night. (Where else would one find a Chiropractor after midnight) Dr. Benton’s Chiropractic treatment worked on my neck pain and I really felt a lot better afterward. That pain has not returned. I’m a big guy (6’3″) and it’s a lot of work to get me worked on and feeling good. Dr. Benton took the time to fix me right then and there. I wish HE WAS AVAILBLE to join me at my event Liberty Swing Dance Championships. John Lindo
