Lemonade is now in the Bay Area! Whoohoo. After test trying all the lemonades, my final pick is BLOODORANGE. It’s not overly sweet or overly tart and is super refreshing! I can’t wait for the lemonades to open in NorCal.

Hmm… I’m still trying to make my mind up about this place… Pros: –variety of different foods(cafeteria style) that you can try(premade salads, sandwiches, hot meal items, variety of lemonades) — pretty good mac and cheese, and lemonade Cons: — small portions and way too expensive — this particular location had some seriously sassy employees who were not too kind nor willing to answer questions(esp since I had never been to a lemonade before and had NOOO idea what was going on with their«portion» menu) — parking in Larchmont is a challenge!!! This lemonade does not have its own real designated parking. I dunno — i wasn’t expecting a lot of premade salads… most of the things they were offering in the«portion» section of their place was like food I could get at wholefoods. I ended up getting a 3 portion option with orrechiette and tomato pesto, blt panzanella salad, and pineapple chicken and green beans. I also got a small mac and cheese and a cucumber mint lemonade. The lemonade was really refreshing and the mac n cheese was pretty good but everything else just felt sub par. I wouldn’t necessarily seek out a lemonade again, but I also wouldn’t avoid going. I guess if I was in the area and I was jonesing for a fresh drink, I’d stop by.

I enjoy lemonade but on this order, not so much. Look at this cold chicken I paid $ 6.95 for. No good. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Even if in store its $ 5.50, bad deal.

I’ve been to a couple other locations and never had any issues. The food is healthy but overpriced and the lemonades are the best. I was in town visiting from the bay for hard summer so I took my friend here and he ended up getting a tapeworm. Not worth it, they need to improve on their hygiene

It’s ok. Portions are small. Food is ok. I wasn’t impressed. It really is stuff I can prepare at home, for example, the pasta, Mediterranean salads, beet salad, kale salad, sandwiches, soups, etc. Nice presentation and although the poritons were small I walked out feeling satisfied. It did seem just a tad pricey for the amount of food they serve. Indoor seating is fine with a/c, while outdoor is shaded. Parking on street is metered, parking around the corner is free. Suggestion: Place mint or lemon slices in your water, might fit the name of the place.

Food is ok. Staff is nice, but the bathroom in any place is the face of the place for me. This is not a cheap place so you expect the bathroom to be clean. It was not. No hand tissue and the rest a mess. My picture says it all.

Had a craving for some cafeteria-style food so the BF and I stopped by here. This experience was slightly worse than my previous experiences. I figured out the most economical way to enjoy a meal is to order 6 portions of marketplace-only items and share between two people. It ends up coming out to roughly $ 6.25 p/p for a pretty filling meal. However, I don’t recommend anything else other than this… the meats, seafood, etc is pricy and not very good. The BF ordered the meatballs and the brisket — each coming out to ~$ 8 for a small portion. He said both were very mediocre. In terms of the marketplace food, I found it to range from below average to slightly above average. The couscous with mushrooms and truffle oil was bad, the beets with watermelon was ok, curry cauliflower was ok, shaved sprouts with figs was ok, the pasta we had was ok(forgot what it was), the seared tuna salad was also ok. Everything was super sweet which I wasn’t really into. I also grabbed a oatmeal cranberry cookie, which was not bad, but not really worth the price. Overall: would only come back if I was eating with someone else and they were willing to share a six portion plate. $ 6.25 for a decent meal is a steal. However, don’t expect the food to be amazing or anything.

Honestly the food is pretty good! I really liked it. However, the only reason im leaving a review is because of the terrible customer service. I came on 3⁄31 around 6:30pm. The girl at the counter was SO rude!!! Even my friend noticed… she wasnt responsive at all, she just asked her questions in a curt way and didn’t even say anything in response to our replies. She threw my card on the counter after charging me, and literally threw the pen on the counter as well. Wtf? Seriously left a bad taste in my mouth, at least have decent manners. She seemed to be the only rude one though. The guy helping us at the counter was extremely nice! Onto the food: — the brown rice was extremely dry. Dont get it haha its super hard — the mac n cheese sauce was good but it was too overcooked. It was like mush in my mouth :( — the tijuana turkey sandwich was good! The bread was perfectly toasted :) — the arugula and asian pear salad = YASSS — poke was good too :)

Love Lemonade. I’m so pleased they opened more and more places. We first tried it over in Brentwood. This place has a nice outdoor seating which is great with the usual LA weather. The food is delicious… Pretty much try everything… Each flavor is well thought out and your taste buds will thank you. If I could just have pre made salads I would have this. Their hot stuff is really good, I believe every time I get the mac n cheese. — Drinks are amazing(missing a little happy juice) — Parking maybe difficult to find — Great for takeout

Sadly, I was a little disappointment when I came to this location of Lemonade. Perhaps it was just the day/time that I went, but I thought that the food did not taste that great overall. Ambiance: Same signature Lemonade style, although this location was on the petite side. There were a handful of tables inside and on the outdoor front patio. Parking: No parking structure, but there’s street parking around in the residential neighborhood as well as in front of the restaurant as well. Staff: Friendly and super helpful, despite it being quite busy on a Saturday afternoon. Food: Israeli Couscous: I love a dish with some truffle, however, I felt that the lemon truffle vinaigrette was incredibly overpowering. The mixture of eating it cold(as served) and the pungent truffle taste made the couscous borderline inedible(especially in large bites). «BLT» Panzanella: In terms of flavor, the Vinaigrette was quite tasty. However, my one critic of this side is that the ratio of arugula, turkey, bacon, avoacdos and tomatoes were off with it being heavy on the arugula. Blueberry Mint: Usually this is my to-go drink at Lemonade, however, I thought that this lemonade tasted«sickly sweet» and even watering down the drink when the ice melted didn’t really help the taste, unfortunately. Perhaps next time I should try the sugar-free option instead.

Lemonade was recommended by a friend who knew I was on a Raw Diet. Well, there’s nothing raw here. All their dishes had some sort of «processed» or dairy items mixed in the food which I found interesting. So I broke down and had the spaghetti squash and a squash side dish. The flavoring wasn’t overwhelming. The squash was a tad bit oily for me. Probably because I haven’t had anything oily in a while. I definitely go back to try this place again when I’m not on my «Raw Diet». You’d figure they would have at least one dish all natural. Unless the two people behind the counter wasn’t familiar with all the ingredients in the dishes. I also asked if they had fresh lemonade without sugar. They were out of non-sugar Lemonade. The place looks nice and they are very attentive. There are only a few tables inside so on a cold day, it’ll be hard to find a table unless you are ready to eat outside. No heaters either. I went on a Sunday night so there was plenty of street parking. Read the signs. There’s a lot of parking restrictions.

I’ve heard people say that Lemonade is LA’s fast food. And from my few experiences here, it seems to be completely on point: fresh, healthy, unique options that capture the LA food culture like deep dish pizza does for Chicago. The décor and concept is so hipster. It kind of reminds me of Boston Market meets every SoCal stereotype. There are 20+ sides, and a few sandwiches, soups, and salads. And all of the sides are super funky. The broccoli, ricotta, and champagne vinaigrette? So so good. I’d read good things about their gluten free options, but that was the only gluten free side available when I went. And frankly, the rest of the sides were a bit out there for me anyway. With ingredients like yukon, bresaola, zatar, fennel seed, and radicchio, I found myself googling each time I read a new label. My main complaint: the lemonade. If it’s the restaurant’s name, shouldn’t it be spectacular?! My boyfriend and I got one of each flavor to fully try it out, and each one tasted watered down and more like flavored water than lemonade. If that’s your thing, great. But personally, I like my lemonade to be sweeter(à la Hot Dog on a Stick or Raising Cane’s). If funky, trendy, hipster food is your thing, sure, check this place out. There are locations all over LA. But personally, I can do without fennel in my fast-casual food, and I’ll get my lemonade fix elsewhere.

When I first tried Lemonade a few years ago I thought it was just an overpriced cafeteria. This was before I appreciated fresh food(yes, I used to think Cheesecake Factory was a special treat). Lemonade provides you casual dining experience with abundant choice of fresh and delicious salads, sandwiches and other side dishes. I especially love their truffle mac & cheese and variety of delicious salads. Oh, how I wish there was a Lemonade near my work. I’d be there everyday. Do try different flavored lemonades. You can’t skip on lemonades at an eatery called Lemonade. We parked in the Larchmont shopping area and took a nice stroll down the street.

I came by here again for lunch with my co-worker. I got a Avocado-Salmon Louie, Mashed Potatoes, and the Mac n Cheese Truffle with a old fashion lemonade. I didn’t know what to expect from the Avocado Salmon Louie, but it was pretty good. I don’t know if I would get it again. I have to say it was pretty fulfilling though. The mashed potatoes and the Mac n cheese was awesome. I definitely recommend the mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. I don’t know if I would recommend the avocado salmon louie. I’m a bit torn about it… Try it out, you might like it! The old fashion lemonade is really good too!!!

I was smiling on Friday! Blueberry mint lemonade is back and I’m taking advantage for the entire time it will be available. Always preferred fall/winter(well, REAL fall/winter) to spring/summer, and this just made autumn 100% better(even if it’s friggin’ 100 degrees out). Tried their mashed potatoes here for the first time since I’m usually boggled down with basmati rice and truffle mac & cheese. They were actually on the cold side, which would have been an issue had I stayed(although I’m sure they would have heated them up if I had requested) but since I was heading back, there is a microwave so I would take care of this issue later. After proper temperature was reached, these were fantastic! Going to ‘stock up’ on blueberry mint until season’s up; another reason for me to dislike spring/summer(yes, I’m the opposite of everyone else I know and then some). Go!

I’m a huge fan of Lemonade!!! For me, when of think of «LA food» I think of Lemonade. It’s a nice little cafeteria style set up and a wide variety of options. This time around, I picked a few items from the marketplace. I got the soba noodles and the orecchiette pasta. Both were fantastic! Sprinkle on some black pepper and it is a nice, light meal to have for lunch. I occasionally get the SW Turkey Club too but decided to pass on it this time. However, every time I go to Lemonade, I ALWAYS get the truffle mac-n-cheese. Lemonade’s truffle mac-n-cheese is definitely at the top of list as far as some mac-n-cheeses I’ve tried. I am a huge mac-n-cheese guy and attempt to try it everywhere I go. Another item that has grown on me is the seared ahi tuna. It comes with this orange-ginger ponzu sauce that makes for nice, delicate taste. I get the seared ahi in a to-go container so I can easily marinate the ahi with the ponzu sauce by giving it a little shake. As far as the lemonade goes, I like to mix mine. I usually get half Watermelon and half Guava. Sometimes their lemonade can get too sweet but I think this is the perfect mix. This Lemonade definitely has a «Larchmont» feel with the restaurant located inside a little house and outdoor patio seating. However, it can definitely get crowded around peak hours so beware. My knock on Lemonade nowadays is the portion sizes. I remember a point in time where the portions were much bigger(sandwiches, ahi tuna, etc…) Now it seems as though they downsized everything. The sandwiches are only«half» sandwiches now. What a bummer. Anyhow, I’d definitely recommend Lemonade!

I’ve loved every Lemonade experience I’ve had and this was no exception. I like variety, and this is what it offers. It’s definitely a smaller store than the other ones, but I didn’t find it to be unsanitary or disorganized. They even had a display of desserts that I found myself craving. What I did like was the outdoor seating area on Larchmont. I tried 4 sides and got their blood orange Lemonade. Filling, fresh, and delicious! Didn’t get to try their stews, but looked amazing.

We came here for lunch after touring Paramount Studios. It is priced a la carte($ 2.75 for one item, $ 5.50 for two, $ 7.75 for three, $ 9.50 for four, $ 11.25 for five, and $ 12.50 for six). These items range from cold veggies, salads, pasta, fruit, and my favorite the New Mexican chili roasted butternut squash. The hot veggies are $ 3.50. I ordered a side of the Brussel Sprouts and they were cooked perfectly. The land and sea portion of the menu ranges from $ 5.50-$ 6.50. The items range from green apple chicken curry(which is delicious) to seared ahi tuna or avocado salmon dishes. You can so order a sandwich for $ 6.50. I tried the SW Turkey Club and the Caprese. Both were delicious. My friend ordered the truffle mac and cheese and I almost ended up eating the entire thing! It is called lemonade so you have to try one of their signature flavored lemonades. I tried the cucumber mint, watermelon Rosemary, and the old fashioned. The cucumber mint was my favorite; very refreshing. Make sure to save room for dessert! They have huge macaroons for $ 4. Lemonade also has Gluten free Cookies. This particular location has an inside and outside seating area. We opted to sit outside since the weather was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend lemonade if you want quick and affordable food. There was a small line but it moved very quickly as the food is already prepared. You tell them what you want and they serve you right there cafeteria style.
