Leeward Apartments

I lived here for a year and let me tell you it has been a nightmare. I’ve been living in many different apartment and I keep to myself. I don’t complain bout nothing really. As long it doesn’t affect me personally I won’t complain. But let me tell this place is a complete joke. The management «JK residential» seems to represent a joke company cause that’s what they are a big fat JOKE. They shouldn’t be called a management at all but a collection agency. Their on site manager is useless. And it sucks that most of the resident here doesn’t know their rights as tenants. Just to give you the gist of things, they didn’t fix a leak in my bathroom for over 2 months, the supervisor Rosie is rude as hell (makes me think that they pretty much hire just about anyone which is a joke) elevator is always broken, all the security gates are broken, garage gates are broken, hallways dirty and they don’t repair anything even if requested. I’m done renting here and I’m glad I found a place. Don’t be fooled
