Launderland Coin Laundry

This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to I pay $ 7 for a huge washing machine and it only put out a quarter of the water necessary to wash the clothes probably I would never come back to this place because when I went to complain she couldn’t understand what I was talking about and there was no one that was in charge so I vote this place two thumbs down

conveniently located by the crib. terrible customer service. ok machines. and this so-​called «EASYPAY» is the worst shite ever. i used the easypay on 3 machines for a total of $ 9. it did absolutely nothing but take my money. and not a person running the joint in sight. called the hand written number on this piece of an old, weathered post it just to have every number on the list out of service. when the lady came back after an hour and a half, she acted like i did something wrong! after 30 minutes of deliberation with her and an interpreter, i finally got refunded. 3 hours at a laundromat. nah. can’t deal

This place is absolute shit. They recently remodeled this dilapidated laundromat with beautiful new washers and dryers so I started going here.
Their sign says they are open until 11pm, but tonight they kicked me out before my laundry was even done. Laundry I paid for! I put most of my loads before 9:30, but two loads I started at 9:35. My place is being fumigated tomorrow and I had to sterilize everything in my apartment. The guy who was working told me that I had to leave before 10:30! My clothes put in before 9:30 weren’t even dry yet. I told him that the last 2 loads had to be done and asked if he’d make an exception. He told me okay, but then made me take out my clothes, sopping wet and take them home dripping water.
I brought the clothes there in shifts. I had no way to transport all this laundry in one trip. The guy told me «that’s not my problem «. I didn’t even get to finish drying the clothes I put in before 9:30. I am standing outside the laundromat as we speak with 9 bags of clothes, two of which are so heavy with water, I cannot even pick them up.
This place is shit and I don’t know how you could treat another human being like that. No human empathy. Zero respect for a customer that just spent nearly $ 40 at their laundromat !
