LANDRES BRUCE C MD

Bruce will be retiring soon so maybe this is more of a thank you than a review but he is simply the best and kindest doctor I have ever visited. It is very telling when every other doctor of any specialty in the area that I have spoken to not only knows the man but respects him deeply. When I mention his name the usual response is something like, «Oh, he was my mentor!» or, «I sent a patient I couldn’t help to him.» He does not take insurance but does find the least expensive way to test and treat anything he finds, and believe me, if there is something there to find, he will find it even if all others have missed it.
He will take time with you and you feel like you are talking to your friend, not your doctor. If you aren’t feeling well and live in the area you should take this opportunity to see him before he leaves his practice!

I was not feeling well with a cough and chest congestion a few weeks ago, and my regular doctor that Dr. Landres shares an office with was out on vacation that week so Dr. Landres filled in for him.
Dr. Landres is very nice, and easy to talk to.
He listens, asks lots of questions, and makes lots of notes before his exam.
He does not rush you.
I enjoyed my time with him.
After his exam he prescribed, «Chicken Soup Therapy.»
He did not think any meds would be of value to me.
He is oriented toward natural healing.
A week later I was back on the bike…
Just an important note. It is my understanding that he does not take insurance. Check.
