Now I see why people wish they could give zero stars in some of their reviews! Was on an arrival flight, tired and hungry… Settled for the first thing we saw… A cold chicken pesto on a «baguette». Portion was tiny, not much flavor and to top it off it was $ 14.12(including tax of course). I would’ve paid $ 7 and chopped it up to being airport food but for double that?! Sorry guys I would say avoid as much as you can! Homeboy bakery, I had a sandwich from there when I was departing a week earlier. It was awesome!

Since Terminal 4 got rid of Burger King and Chili’s, few options remain. I tried Campanile today for the first time, and the turkey Cobb salad I got was very tasty. The problem I had was that it was smaller than a side salad at Denny’s and was $ 15.99. Add a soda and you are over $ 21.00 with tax. Now if you happen to have too much money as well as being on a diet, or just having the appetite of a parakeet, then this place is for you! I grew up in LA and am very familiar with the big show that goes on making people think they are getting something great if you deliver the meal with fanfare, but walking away hungry and insulted is rarely good for word of mouth. Pack a banana and hope the TSA agent isn’t hungry.

I try to avoid airport food in general, but this place is the WOST of the worst. We got a TINY, below subpar Cobb salad,(with worse shredded lettuce than Subway) chocolate pastry, and«steel cut oatmeal» for $ 32. That’s insane. The salad fit in my husbands hand. The oatmeal… Omg don’t even get me started. It was more water than oatmeal! I get water and air are the cheapest ingredients to sell, but to charge $ 8.50 for that?! I’m so pissed. And now I’m sitting on a plane across the county and we’re going to have to buy food on this flight as we’re not close to full or satisfied. Just…avoid this place at all costs!
