So me being a smoker and I live around the area am always looking for new good deals I stopped in house of smokes and was greeted by this girl with a great attitude Irina was her name and this girl knows a thing or two about vape pens (I’ve been wanting to cut down on my smoking) she automatically got me a few pens and was very knowledgeable I took her advise and purchased one for a very decent price for a smoke shop they do have a lot of selections and variety will be coming here frequently

My friend and I were looking for a hookah set. We walked into the store not knowing too much about what to buy and we are glad we bought it here. They walked us through what we should look for and what To look for in a hookah set. The staff definitely provided excellent customer service! No hassle and they’re all about satisfying their customers because we were more than satisfied. Irena was a really great help. But thank you both joe and Irena for everything! You guys are awesome!

They have a great variety of hookah tobacco flavors and well stocked with hookah parts & coals. They are also very informative. Another good thing is the parking lot they have but the metered parking in front of the shop is usually available too.
I also love that you can bring your dog in the store so I usually take the dog for a walk then stop by before heading home!

Stopped by for the 2nd time earlier to get my favorite hookah flavor, and just like the first time. Joe, the shop owner was very helpful and friendly. He even gave me a discount coz I bought some other stuffs too. I really like it when he suggests mixing one flavor with another, coz I always stick with the common ones. He knows everything about the business he’s into. His characteristics makes him one of the best shop owners in LA. :)

Joe is an awesome dude who knows his craft. I called around the area to search in search Tangiers and they said they had it. I came in and there it is… Cane Mint both in Noir and Birquq which is hard to come by.
If you live in West LA, KTown, Silverlake or anywhere near there than this is the spot for your Tangiers. Everything is well priced and he did mention that he would price match, but don’t quote me on that.
Customer service is top notch and he can actually hold a conversation regarding hookah and shisha. Thanks for the great service, you just won another loyal customer.

Arg! called ahead to make sure they had the product I wanted. He went and checked… and he did have it. Drove all the way across town to be met by the same person I had spoken with. Turns out, the only version of the product he had was a ‘collector’s edition’, super expensive. I said «why didn’t you tell me that when I called?»…“well you only asked if we had one and we did” WTF… that is why I called ahead! I realize the sharpest tools in the shed don’t always work at head shops but this guy was a piece of work.
So pissed I drove all the way there. And the stuff is all super overpriced.

Been coming here for a long time for my shisha flavors and I have never been disappointed. They always have all my favorite flavors and when I want something new they are always great at recommending good flavors and mixes to try. Last week I also decided to get a vape pen and to my surprise they had some cool vapes. I got a cool pen and some Starbuzz ejuice (blue mist) that is amazing. I must say they do have competitive prices on everything. Don’t think twice about trying the place, talk to Joe, he is the man there!

Best customer service ever. matter of fact it wasn’t even customer service I was treated like Family!
I walked in last week decided on buying a Hookah I was greeted by Joe the shop owner. We talked for about 15 minutes about some random stuff. Then it was time to pick a hookah it took me about 45 to Decide what I wanted. Joe was great patient every step of the way. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and helped educated me more on shisha. I got my flavors, custom hose (I liked not upsold) and coals. By this point I was already amazed by the service and patients. To top it off I was riding my motorcycle I was going to pack my hookah in my duffel bag. But Joe offered to drop my hookah off instead of me risk breaking it. AMAZING RIGHT!
Joe followed me home about a mile and I was blowing clouds that same night! Will definitely recommend and RETURN here for any smoke needs! Thanks my friend You the man! The Prices are great and we are in hollywood!

So I was in desperate need of some hookah tobacco. I realized that there was a lot of shops in the area of Hollywood, but I usually resist coming to shops in the area because I’m usually am left unsatisfied. Decided to give this shop a chance and I was definitely SATISFIED. They have a great stock of hookah sets, bowls, and flavors that it make it nearly impossible to choose. If it wasn’t for their great guest service I would have just stood there the whole night contemplating on what to buy. I felt welcomed here and was able to get flavor that catered to my taste. They’re really helpful. You don’t only get great selections of tobacco products but piece of mind that your money is going to a great place! Thanks for the service, guys. You’ll be seeing me real soon!

The new owners Joe and Vic are super nice and great guys! Definitely my new choice for all heady necessities. They have dab setups too and they’re not ridiculously expensive! Prices all around were pretty fair and the shop has a good vibe. Almost had to take a swing on the stripper pole haha
