SCAM ARTISTS. They advertise free estimates and towing, and when I asked to take my car for a second opinion they charged me several fees, including storage for the three days my car was stuck there, as I’d been by the shop two days in a row requesting the estimate they promised.

Someone plowed into my sister’s BMW and she had it fixed here, hence the introduction. Frankly, I was tired of being treated like another cow in the herd at the BMW dealership. Hugo gave me a ride to work and back when I replaced my brakes, checked my tire pressure, and fixed my broken front license plate frame. He even called a few days later to make sure that my car was running okay. Now that’s what I call great service.
