The woman taking my delivery order was almost impossible to talk to on the phone. She couldn’t understand me even though I was speaking very clear and slow for her. When I read her my card number she had to repeat back to me every single number as I called it and still got it wrong. Their phone kept hanging up on me and I’d call back only to be disconnected again. This annoying process took 20+ minutes just to place the order. HIRE A NEWPHONEPERSONWHOCANACTUALLYSPEAKANDTAKEORDERSEFFECIENTLY. I should have taken this as a sign. Delivery took 1 hr longer than I was told it would. The driver then tried to extort an extra $ 5 cash out of me by saying they«forgot to charge the $ 5 delivery charge to my card» and that I needed to give him $ 5 cash. I told him I would call the store and pay them the delivery fee with my card and he seemed to get scared and said«no no no» When I originally ordered, the lady on the phone told me there was a $ 3 fee which was then charged to my card with the total. The food: taste was okay but it was very cold. They need to include sauces with your order because the meat is very dry. Overall a bad experience. I won’t order again.

Pretty good food, small place, mom and pop type of setup. I went there for dinner with a friend. Their service is kinda slow, so I docked a star for that, but the food was good, so it was cool. I’ll definitely be back, it’s nearby and it’s cheap good food.

Ordered delivery. Food was here in 45min and was everything I wanted and more. Chicken kabobs were tender and juicy and so amazing. Everything was delicious. Definitely will order from here again.

This review is only based on delivery: The first time we ordered from this place delivery only took 45 minutes, which was not bad at all. The servings were large and share-able but the falafel was definitely not to die for. They ran out of dough which was really disappointing because we heard good things about the garlic knots. Overall, it was nice that it was one of the few places open until 2AM or so in our area. I was going to give it another try since the chicken was so juicy. The second time we ordered was a complete DISASTER. I wish I could tell you about the food BUTITNEVERARRIVED. We ordered around 1:30AM. The phone got«accidentally» disconnected twice. They didn’t try calling back, but I guess not everyone has a caller ID system so that’s fine. The staff were rude. They hung up before even telling us our total. The absolute BEST part was when they finished taking our order, got our credit card number, and assured us the food would be there in 45 minutes. 50 minutes later we called to get an update and they apologized for a delay and promised it in another 20 minutes. THREEHOURSLATERAT4:45AMOURFOODSTILLHADNOTARRIVED. We call and they said they LOST our order. HOWDOYOULOSEANORDER? Did you eat it?! Did you give it to someone else?! Did it physically walk out of the car?! On top of that, they never called us once to let us know our food was not coming. We just sat there waiting(most of us fell asleep). I feel like the right thing to do was to at least have enough courtesy to call us and let us know there had been a mistake. My friend had to call the next day to make sure they did not charge her card. I would never waste my money here again.

My boyfriend and I decided to come here for a late lunch yesterday. Their Unilocal account says they are open until 4am. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by an unusually nervous person. He told us that they were already closed. We were a bit confused by this because it was only 4pm on a Saturday when they should have been open until 4am. We asked him about this and he said they changed it to 4pm. It was a very awkward situation. This wasn’t some employee that was sorry that they had to close early, it was someone who seemed like they had something to hide. We decided to leave. A few hours later, I was still curious so I called the restaurant. A woman answered the phone. I asked her what time they were closing that day. She said they closed at 3am. I’m not sure what was going on but either way it was very strange. Definitely not going to go there again.

Great restaurant! Intimate and cozy, we ordered mixed Sultani for late night dinner. The server was very hospitable, polite and quick. Food came out without too much wait time and was freshly hot off the grill. Delicious! Definitely will have to return again.

I ordered the sultan I plate with salad and French fries. The meat was deliciously tender and juicy. The French fries were perfectly prepared. The server was very friendly and attentive. Great place to eat and they are open so late!!! Definitely recommend this place and will come back again! Yum!!!

Great food but have had a couple issues with random closures when they should be open, thereby causing my food orders to be cancelled last minute. This latest one was cancelled after they had the order for half an hour. How does that happen? How does it take that long to figure out that you’re closing your restaurant for no reason?

STAYAWAY! This place took ANHOUR to get my food ready for carry out. Totally unacceptable. On top of that, by the time it came out, the food was soggy and almost inedible. The owner had to come out about 30 min after us standing there, and ask us what our order was again. Take your money elsewhere, unless you do not value your time.

Wow… where to start? After a long night at the bars, my friends and I wanted some quality delivery. For the sake of this review, I will focus on the food instead of the 3 hour wait time when they said it would take 45min at most. Anyways, when the food got to us, it was stone cold. I ordered a meatball sub, a chicken wrap, and my friend ordered a falafel wrap with some hummus and pita on the side. The meatballs tasted like they were previously frozen and had a gross processed taste to them, same goes with the cheese covering them. The chicken wrap tasted like cardboard with no flavor. The best part is that my friend is vegan and they messed up, giving him a beef wrap instead of falafel. Good thing he ordered the hummus app… Not. Have you ever had wet sand get stuck and harden in the crevices of your toenails? Because that was the consistency of the hummus-grainy and no flavor. I will never order from here again and will tell my friends not to either. From customer service(getting practically yelled at on the phone when asking about the ETA of our order after 2 hours of being placed), to terrible quality of food-stay away from here.

Really awesome family owned and operated restaurant with amazing service! The people here made us feel like family from the minute we walked through the door. The food was so good and I can’t wait to come back! PS. The music is amazing.

Everything was so fresh. No ready to order which I love at any restaurant. Anything you order, like kabobs, they freshly make it on the fire and serve it to your table. Very friendly staff. loved how they had parking behind the restaurant which made it easier for me to go in eat and get out without the hassle of finding parking.

The food was delicious! Like the other reviewer mentioned, it’s a small mom an pop shop. Nothing fancy, but food and portion is a ridiculous large amount of food for one person and its very tasteful. Love the fact that they are OPEN late night(after club hours) hahaha! Plus they deliver, you can’t beat that! This place comes in handy for those late night cravings for some good Mediterranean food and PIZZA! I know, I know… yes! I said PIZZA. Its worth trying! And you won’t be disappointed. Trust!

We had lunch today and it was delicious! Chicken thigh lunch plate with rice, salad, roasted pepper and tomato. The portion size was good and very flavorful. The ice tea was great as well — it’s a black ice tea. We will definitely come back!!! Lucy is the owner and she was so sweet.

COMPLETESTRATEGYGUIDETOEATLIKE A KING Step 1) Call to order for pickup and get the chicken kabob plate(half rice/half salad). The restaurant interior, although romantic, is depressing and the owner is always crouched over a table covered in papers like he’s a NASA Engineer from the 60’s. Step 2) During the pickup be polite, make sure they included the sumac, and ask if they’ll hook you up with a side of tzatziki – they always do. Step 3) When you get home add some olive oil to the rice and take out some hummus. Fill half of the pita with ingredients and eat it like a taco. Combine everything in a way you see fit and enjoy the f*ck out the meal. NOTE: You have just successfully bought two delicious meals for the price of one($ 10.75). Unless you’re a body builder, you will not finish the meal. Congrats! Pat yourself on the back, loosen up your belt, and get back to work building your business or developing yourself as an awesome human being :)

This place was pretty good. The plan was to order for takeout but we ended up staying and eating in the restaurant. It is nothing fancy by any means. It feels like a nice cafeteria but the food is VERY good. In addition it is affordable. I brought my own bottle of wine and the lady was very cool about it and did not charge me a corkage fee. They do not have any alcohol on the menu. The food is middle eastern and pretty good. I ordered the steak and chicken kabob combo. I loved it. There is parking in back and also on La Cienega. I would come back for sure if given another opportunity.
