La Bamba

This restaurant is located by my job and I kept driving by wondering if this place has good pupusas. The revueltas which consists of beans, cheese, and bits of pork are advertised 99 cents good deal. I ordered them as well as the queso con chicharon (cheese and pork). The revueltas tasted a lot better than the pork and cheese. It had more serving than the queso con chicharon. I’m disappointed that the cheaper pupusa is more generous. My queso con chicharon was bigger than the revueltas but very little portion inside the pupusa. I would come back for the revueltas. Service was fair.

Horrible place to go eat. Loud music and waitress is very rude and unfriendly. Went in and there were plenty of tables open. Never once did the waitress ask us if we wanted drinks she didn’t bring us chips and salsa but she sure took chips and salsa to a table where there was all men sitting down… There was another man waiting for his food and he also complained about the loud music and how she didn’t offer him chips and salsa. The waitress rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude and tone. We waited 40 minutes to get 4 pupusas as soon as I tried it I spit out the food immediately! The beans were rotten and the overall taste was tart and sour disgusting. Salsa no flavor at all. Got up to pay and the waitress didn’t even bother asking if something was wrong with the food or anything. We will never be back and I would not recommend this nasty restaurant to anyone.

Descent pupusas, nice clean restaurant with friendly fast service. I will keep on trying the rest of their food.
