I bought a prepaid package for 10 sessions up front last year. They kept cancelling my appointments due to staff calling out that day, and staff turnover. I have yet to complete my sessions, and the treatments are not effective since they are so spaced out. Sure, they are nice to you in the beginning, but once you prepay your treatments, good luck getting scheduled for treatments or completing them in a timely manner. They also recently cancelled my series of appointments that were scheduled a month ago, to make room for other clients. It seems like once you pre-pay and they take your money, they treat you like a 2nd class client. Also the facials here are pricey, and didn’t do much to brighten my skin or help my complexion.

I’ve never had any idea how important skin care was, until I actually received it from L-Touch Skin Care. Just one time treatment gave me a totally different look and brighter skin tone! In my early 20s I always thought that skin care is for aged women only, but now I have completely changed my concept of skin care — it’s for everyone, regardless of gender and age. I personally thank Stella, the beautiful lady who gave me this difference, and also Hanna, the owner, who always gives me warm welcoming when I visit there. L-Touch Skin Care is GREAT! :)

I’ve been getting facials from this place for almost 2 years now. I’ve had issues with my skin ever since I can remember. It is oily, acne-prone, but at times dry and dehydrated, with huge pores! =(So I’ve tried laser treatments, accutane, antibiotics, facials, everything. I’m now in my early 30s and decided that steady maintenance is better than the quick fix it treatments. Hannah and all the ladies at L Touch are wonderful. My facials usually consist of the following: cleansing, massage, mask, microdermabrasion(alternating visits), extractions and another mask. Also they use this other machine, either hot or cold, where they rub this metal? thing over your face. It helps with wrinkles and pores. Each visit varies slightly depending on what my skin needs. They also massage your arms, neck and shoulders, and use this air massage thing on your legs during the facial. I purchased a 10 facial package deal, which was a promo at the time, and it comes out to $ 60 per session. Each session lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, so it’s an awesome deal!!! So if you’re looking for a facial place in Koreatown, I totally recommend this place.
