Kyle Chan Design

While I love the style of the jewelry, my customer service experience was dismal. I ordered something after receiving an email announcing a great discount. 2 days later I received an email from someone who must work there stating the item I ordered and paid for was out of stock. I inquired about them suggesting an alternative, and after 3 very curt back-​and-​forth emails with this person… I was offered no options. Sure they refunded my money (obviously they should), but given this isn’t a mass-​producing jewelry designer I expected better customer service and the attempt at full-​filling my order, which was intended to be a gift. Disappointing and frustrating.

I first came to know about Kyle Chan from watching Vanderpump Rules on BRAVO. I checked out his Instagram page and fell in love! I ordered a bracelet late Tuesday night, and just received it today! I live in Texas and I couldn’t believe I got it so quickly! I absolutely love my jewelry! His designs are so classy, elegant, and dainty – I will definitely buy from Kyle Chan again!

His jewelry is absolutely beautiful – they have a delicate nature to them which is so hard to find nowadays. Another wonderful quality to his jewelry is that they are all handmade with care, so you know that your piece of jewelry isn’t something pumped out of a manufacturing mill. If you are curious about his jewelry, I suggest that you see them IN PERSON, because his photos online really do not give them justice – it is MUCH better in person. Keep up the great work, Kyle!

Fun trendy diamond jewelry, made well, and reasonably priced. I have bought at least 10 items and love everything. The customer service is excellent! Everyone is so helpful and kind. Can’t wait for new designs to buy more diamond jewelry!

I love Kyle’s jewelry — everything is modern and elegant.
I once needed a necklace adjusted and went to the studio. My necklace was quickly adjusted and I was on my way.
Another time, I ordered a necklace from Kyle Chan and received the wrong length. I emailed to complain and received both a phone call and email from Kyle to apologize. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service!

I purchased three of Kyle’s rings and I absolutely love them! The shipping is quick and the customer service is excellent. I also wanted to purchase some lockets that were on sale but by the time I ordered they were out of stock. They were very apologetic and ended up contacting me a couple of weeks later to let me know they were back in stock and made the transaction easy (and still honored the sale price even though that sale had already ended). I will DEFINITELY purchase from this store again.

I am obsessed with Kyle’s designs! I first saw him at Fiesta Hermosa this past Memorial Day, when I finally found the slim silver ring I had been searching for, for months. Kyle’s designs were exactly what I wanted, at a great price for such amazing craftsmanship. I loved the two rings I bought that weekend, that I just ordered two more — and they arrived in just 2 days! I have been telling all my friends to check out his designs, I’d recommend him to anyone!

I just cannot say enough good things about Kyle Chan Design. Shipping to my country was not originally available through the website and Kyle did everything he could to get his beautiful jewellery to me. I had been coveting a few of his pieces and he provided the utmost in customer service to me. I now own a few of these gorgeous creations and I always get compliments when I wear them.
I am sure to always tell those admiring my pieces where they can get them.
I will definitely be back to buy more for myself and for gifts, and if I’m ever in LA I would love to visit the studio.

I love Kyle’s jewelry! I want every color! So I first met him during downtown art walk last summer and fell in love with his large chalcedony ring. I always get compliments whenever I wear it. It makes my short fingers look fashionably dressed. I’m so glad he had me on his customer list and invited us to visit his studio to see ALL his beautiful designs. His studio is quaint and he had his gems laid out to admire. I was so so tempted to get one in every color. I initially had my eye on some earrings but got tempted by everything else. I ended up buying 2 necklaces and a large ruby ring, just beautiful. He even had «prizes» and I ended up with another necklace, the silver dove, yipee! I walked out with 4 of his pieces. He was there, making adjustments, taking orders, he not only creates beautiful pieces he’s personable and so willing to please his clients. I look forward to collecting more of his pieces.

This is as close as it gets to first class merchandise and service via online shopping. The minute I received my order, I was wearing it! I ordered the Chalcedony Earrings (yes, because I became obsessed with the pair Kyle Richards wore on RHOBH). They are amazing! I did contact Kyle Chan Design with a question about my order prior to receiving it and they got back with me immediately; they wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am extremely satisfied with purchase and shopping experience. I WILL be a repeat customer!

I absolutely love his jewelry! I first found them at the Rose Bowl Flea Market and since then it’s been true love. Their pieces are so delicate and feminine. The necklaces are my favorite — you can make it simple and wear with a t-​shirt or dress them up and layer them.
Did I mention that the customer service is great too! Everyone is so nice and friendly.
