So far my experience with them has been very up front, professional and honest. They were not the cheapest but were reasonable. I’m waiting for them to get a filter part in and will update once that’s finished.
When another company said it would take a week to get a part in (wrote a review of the other company as well) Kreimer came by to see the necessary part, went to the local store to purchase the motor and had it installed within a couple hours of calling them.
I’m pleased they were able to fix it so quickly when another company said it would take 7 days to get the part in…
