Komen Termite

Scheduled an appointment 6 days in advance. The Termite company changed the appointment at the last minutes, in the midst of a 10 day escrow. Komen Termite company demanded that I change the appointment at the last minute while someone was sleeping, lessening the chance to get a short escrow completed in time. They have provided good service previously. Called to apologize for poor service.

Do not use this company. The seller’s agent contacted Paul Kim from Komen Termite (new address for Komen Termite 1137 Galemont Ave., Hacienda Heights, CA 91 745 626−968−4230) to do a Termite Inspection. We are the buyers and purchasing this house in Diamond Bar. Komen Termite had done the Termite work in April 2015 on this house. When they reinspected the house, all they did was do a exterior inspection and found termites in two locations outside the house. I asked my agent why wasn’t the Termite inspection performed inside the house as well. The seller’s agent sent Komen Termite out again and this time they found termites in the same places as when they performed the work in April 2015. I have sent Paul Kim several emails and he has chose not to respond. I will elevate this matter to the Pest Control Board. Either they did not do the work as they stated should have been completed in April 2015 or they did a lousy job.
