My fiancée purchased my ring in a size that was a little too big from Amazon. He purchased it in September we got engaged in November and by December I was begging him to get it resized because it had been flipping around my finger like a pin-​wheel. We looked up the manufacture on Amazon and found that they were located in dtla, which was perfect because we happen to live here. Upon arrival we were greeted by Manny who took care of us right away. He was thoughtful, sincere, and genuinely sensitive to my concerns and needs! I know he hasn’t been there long, but someone needs to promote him because he has customer service down to an art. In a few days my ring was resized, polished and ready for pick up. Thank you to the whole Kobelli crew for making this possible! I am truly grateful!!!

After months of looking for my «Blue Sapphire Wedding» style, I finally found it! At Kobelli. I couldn’t decide on which setting so after calling, I was given the option of coming in and sitting with a designer. Upon arriving I was welcomed by Manny. amazing help! He went to great lengths to make us happy. After picking up my ring. I was completely satisfied! It was Stunning! The clarity, caret, and customer service was A+… Thank you Manny.

My ring is STUNNING! When we got married we could not afford a ring that I wanted. Fast forward a few years and we could. I looked and looked and kept going back to Kobelli and their Moissanite collection. The ring is far better than I could have imagined. I don’t think I would go back to a diamond. (especially knowing where and what they come from) I had some questions and Kobelli’s got back to me immediately. I also got the ring extremely fast. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I was so happy to have bought such beautiful and high quality diamond rings from Kobelli. To look for engagement rings, I went everywhere to compare prices and quality (Clarity, caret… etc) such as Tiffany’s, Cartier, K jewelers, a million other places including Kobelli. They were so honest, accommodating, experienced, and well-​established. The rings came in a beautiful package and display box. I couldn’t ask for more!

Most people would think, I wouldn’t buy a wedding ring online, but because I only heard great things about them I had no doubt, maybe just a little. But experience was great. They were very nice and patient with my request, even though it was very simple. I had to send it back for some adjustment n the didnt charge me for the labor or shippment. I am truely happy with my wedding ring. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a simply wonderful experience with Kobelli! My fiancé bought me a beautiful moissanite and diamond ring there. It was more affordable, and I love it! Our customer service experience was top notch. Louise not only helped him with the initial sale, but because he surprised me with the ring and didn’t know my ring size, we ended up with one that was too big, and she helped us exchange my ring for the right size. From the beginning, we were told the resizing would be free whether my actual ring needed to be resized or we needed to get a new one. I ended up needing to exchange my ring for a new one because it was two sizes too big. Louise, and her co-​worker Elaine, made sure I got the right size. Now it fits just right, and I’m super happy with it!!!
