Got a lot of referrals/suggestions to come here but I really shouldn’t have. Barbers/hair stylists may tend to talk a lot to make their clients comfortable/alert/awake.whatever reason but the people here really talked too much. The lady here(no idea what her name is) is really horrible. Instead of following what her client asked, she just kept talking and did her own thing. I would rather have my hair styled the way I want, thank you. Bottom line is. 1. If you don’t have the service, please just let your client know instead of fooling them and do something else because no one will be happy. 2. Greeting the client to made an appointment a week earlier with«Oh, I was hoping that you wouldn’t come because I felt dizzy and I wanted to leave early.» does not give good impressions. Perhaps call and tell your client so that he/she can reschedule. 3. When your client says she wants something, please listen to her. I hate those«Oh yes, I’ll be doing that but I have to do this step first before I do that.» and it turned out to be just lies, lies, lies. 4. When your client asks why you didn’t do what she asked, don’t reply with«Go back and look at the hair you walked in with and compared to now. You looked like crap and now you looked so damn good.» Like. really? Is that even necessary? Just keep treating your clients like that and see if you’d get business. Ugh.

(Part 2) To sum it all up, Fai failed to satisfy her client because: 1) She lied about the price of a product. I went to Sally’s the next day to find out how much it really costs. Turns out it costs about $ 13.99USD but currently on sales for $ 10.99. I know that $ 15USD and $ 13.99USD is not much of a difference but she lied saying that Sally’s sell that conditioner for $ 18USD. DISHONESTY! 2) She failed to perform and give what the client needs. I’m sure you have heard of «clients are always right.» Not only she kept trying to not perm my hair, she persisted me to do what she wanted do. 3) This salon does not provide perm service. I don’t really mind if a salon does not provide or do perm hair. But Fai did not stately clear that they don’t provide it. She should have said that in the first place instead of rejecting my request. FAILTODELIVERFACTSABOUTTHESALONINFORMATION. 4) She was absolutely rude to us afterward we complained. After we walked back in to tell her that this is not what you promised me(to keep my length), she claimed that she did not cut off my length and the layers made my hair look short. Honestly, I looked like a fluffy monkey. She even said, «Next time don’t come back and get a haircut with me.» What kind of hairstylist says THAT to an unsatisfied client? 5) She kissed up. I mentioned how she complained about my hair color and said I should have not done it myself. However, she complimented my «skill» after she finished cutting my hair. I absolutely do not care about kissing up. Either you give what your client wants or you do not meet the expectation. Overall, it was partly my false for letting Fai touched my hair in the first place. It has been 3 months and I was not going to write a review at first but I just had to let everyone know that this kind of hairstylist comes from hell. I never went back. I rather get my haircut at Paul Mitchells with the students. At least they listened to the clients. By the way, the parking lot is small and hard to find a space. You might end up parking on the street. The location is not great either because it’s a small tiny shop on the farthest corner. I do not think that Fai does not have skill in cutting hair. She can cut hair BUT only in the style she suggested. She also finished your hair by straightening it. That seems to be the case of all her clients before me. If you are looking for that kind of haircut, feel free to make an appointment with her. I will never come back again since Fai is a dishonest person with no passion in styling hair. The gay guy, however, did a great job on my sister’s hair.
