Extremely friendly service, quick turnaround, great quality dry cleaning, and very competitive prices. Also, like many small, mom & pop businesses where the owners actually get to know their customers, frequent patronage is definitely recognized.

This is a very friendly shop. I’ve taken my suits here for dry cleaning, and been satisfied.
My friend gave me his duvet (dry clean only), so I took it here to get cleaned. It has an ink stain on it, and the woman who runs the shop warned me it might come back light-​blue. I said it would be okay, since it goes in a cover anyway. To my delight, it came back white. The ink stain was still there, of course, just like I expected.
I later spilled silicone on the duvet, and no matter how much I tried spot cleaning, it was still greasy. I took it here again, and they got it out.
I am very satisfied. The prices are reasonable. They’re around the block from me, and I have no reason to try some place further away.

I’ve taken my stuff here twice now and both times have been beyond sub-​par.
The first time, one of my sweaters was returned with several little holes in it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they’d just failed (miserably) at fixing snags that were in the sweater. I sewed up the holes myself and forgot about it.
The second time, two silk items came back totally uncleaned. Everything is pressed and wrinkle-​free, sure — but the water marks on the shirt and deodorant on the dress (which any cleaner worth its salt would be able to get out w/​o issue) were untouched.
The prices are comparable to any other cleaner in town and the turnaround is a little slow (4 days or so).
I feel bad about giving a negative review to these guys because the lady working there is very sweet and it’s obviously a small mom and pop. But, quality control is unacceptably low. Go someplace else.

This is a very modest business. It’s an agency so they send out their dry cleaning.
The prices are very good! I’ve tried a few of the other cleaners with same day service, parking lots filled with cars, and high tech computer systems, but they charge twice as much. This place has very good prices and their service is unbeatable.
When customers come in through the door, the are greeted with a smile. For regular customers, no claim tickets necessary because the lady that works there remembers your name and your order. In a big city like LA, that’s a rare find!
Drop off Monday pick up Thursday. Not bad timing.
There isn’t a parking lot but Jon’s is across the street so park there for 5 minutes and walk over.
