Kids Dental Place

It was our first visit to a dentist I came in with a 3 and a 2 year old .I looooveeed the staff everybody was sooo nice and friendly too my kids
Their was one of the staff members in particular that
Made my day he did my daughter’s teeth cleansing he actually sang daddy finger too my daughter’s lol super cute he was super nice and gave me alot of information on how to take care of my kids dental health
Also the doctor was very nice ! I loved my experience
Except for the reception thy need to be more friendly !!

I wouldn’t recommend this place it’s more like a business for them and don’t have the patient to deal with kids. First they call me to place an appointment so I went and my son was nervous because they were gonna extract one of his teeth. While I was trying to convince him that everything was gonna be ok. One of their assistants came and told me to lift him and put him in their chair because they had a lot of patients… Basically told me to hurry and get out of their chair because they need to make more money. it’s sad to see that a lot of non-​English speakers come here and feel like that’s how they’re suppose to be treated. I’m not gonna tolerate that type of service for my son because they’re getting paid to treat him right. And they still had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to re-​schedule my appointment. I told them how I was treated and they didn’t seem to care.
No recomiendo este lugar si de verdad les interesa la salud de sus hijos busquen dentistas privados que si acepten Medical si no tienes aseguranza medical/​dental está dentista están más interesados en hacer dinero que tratar bien a sus pacientes. Nadie de ninguna manera tiene que hacernos sentir como que les quitamos el tiempo. Ellos están para servirnos con respeto. Así que papas porfavor busquen dentistas profesionales. Un dentista de verdad no tiene porque recibir tantos pacientes en un solo día ni apurarnos porque tienen muchos pacientes. Cada paciente debe ser prioridad de los médicos. Mi hijo de ninguna manera volverá a este consultorio. Los voy a cambiar.
