Everytime I visit this location the customer service gets better and my food was delicious I had tried the Nashville hot it was hot and delicious.

this was my first visit to this kfc/taco bell and i was very socked on the kind of service i got. you wouldn’t think a fast food place like kfc would have high standards on customer service. well not the other locations i been too, i was like wow. i just came in and am already walking out, my food was really good and the cashier in front thanked me like 3 or 4 time. you don“t really get any thank you from other places. i will make this my home kfc for now and the future. service doesn’t get any better then this!!!

Love that it is both a Taco Bell and a KFC. I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places but because the staff was so nice and professional I just had to. Also, I was surprised that the bathroom was spotless clean! Great store overall.

OMG! Where in the heck do I start?. The food was horrible. I ordered 4 $ 5 dollar fill ups. All the chicken tenders were extremely dry. Some peices were the size of chicken nuggets. My daughter 2 piece crispy leg and thigh was very soggy. They didn’t complete our order. They forgot to put my side of cole slaw in the bag. We had to ask for all our eating utensils and condiments. And still didn’t get necessary condiments for our meals. So So unsatisfied.

I will never go to this kfc. The Manager Alex was very rude and would not comp our meal as the OWNERS son and was acting manager«Eric» extended to give is 3 new pies when we were back in that area. We had purchased 3 chicken pot pies where they forgot to put chicken in the CHICKEN pot pie. Who does that, well they did but by the time we got home and ate part of it we realized the pie was missing the chicken. Eric explained to just come back and he would place notes in a book they have for patrons that have been wronged. Well Alex, the acting manager would not comp us and didn’t bother to look in the book. I will be contacting the owner and corporate to let them know what happened and my experience. I will be telling all my friends and relatives about my experience!

I hv lived near this KFC since 2002 and I hv never gotten thru the drive thru in a decent amount of time, EVER! They have the SLOWEST Servers/Cashier’s in the city, and if you put up with the ridiculously LONGWAIT, there is a 98% chance your order will be wrong. If you gotta hv some KFC and you live in this neighborhood, I have three words of advice for you. Go to Popeye’s !

I’m a huge fan of the $ 5 box. I love the flavor of the original chicken and i love that this location is also a taco bell. I ordered a frito burrito to eat in the car on my way home and it was cravingly good. I will definitely be coming back for more!

This KFC is literally the worst one I have ever had the misfortune of buying from. The popcorn chicken had no meat, only breading. I asked for a side of sauce and the cashier took five minutes trying to figure out how to charge me, and in the end, still couldn’t figure it out. The service here is the worst service I’ve ever received. Period. KFC corporate, you need to do some staff restructuring at this location.

This is a review for the DRIVETHRU! I am NOT used to having a pleasant experience at this place, but today was different… I actually noticed a positive difference. Its usually a very very long wait and they are usually slow and usually not the nicest. So, many times I don’t come here just because it is a VERYLONG wait on the drive thru(after all the only reason for eating fast-food is for the«fast» factor) — and I don’t like to go in — because there are usually homeless people standing at the door and there is no good light and it does not look very clean. But, yesterday it was different. the order was taken by someone that spoke good English(I didn’t have to repeat my order more than 3 times). He repeated my order back to me and gave me a total with a clear voice(no mumbling and proper English) and by the time I got to the window, my order was ready and they gave it to me — at the same time I handed over my payment. I actually noticed that they didn’t hold my food«hostage» as if I was a criminal looking to take off without paying. I actually noticed and felt good about the place. I was pleased to see that there was a survey in the ticket — because I actually felt that I wanted to tell someone in their company how good my experience was compared to the others I’ve had in the past. Hopefully it makes a difference.

Rude rude rude rude rude. There’s a chubby girl that works the drive thru at this location who is incredibly rude. How she has a job I’m not sure. Went through the drive thru and she took my order. She was very short and impatient. I asked for sprite, she informed me they don’t carry sprite they have Sierra mist. I say that I’ll take a Sierra mist. When I get to the window she gives me coke. I tried to get her attention and ended up having to blow the horn for about a minute for her to come back and get the drink… She was PISSSSED off that I didn’t want coke. She snatched the drink from me and says«well what do you want!» I say Sierra mist. She walks away. Then she has the nerve to not come back!!! I mean I sat there for a cool 5 minutes and she never returned. I had to flag down another person to give me the drink. FINALLY I get the drink and there’s no syrup mixed in with the carbonation! I have to pull my car out of the drive they to go inside now. I wanted to throw the damn drink in her black lipstick wearing face. But instead I canny emptied the drink and made my own. Never going back.

Yes. I’m reviewing a chain. And it’s fast food too! It’s more to share with those who don’t know — but this KFC location can be challenging to get to. The address is listed as being on Centinela, however, you can’t get to the restaurant unless you go around back. And you there isn’t a driveway allowing you access from Centinela. If you look at a map, you’ll see how to access the large parking area behind KFC as well as Derrick’s. Mentioning another business in this review to give readers a better understanding of this location. Customer service was awesome inside at the counter. The gentleman was friendly, helpful and patient. Chatted with him for a few minutes until another customer walked in. He even explained the differences in the menu items because it’s been a while since I’ve been to a KFC. Lots of changes over the years. As for the food — if you’ve had KFC, you know what to expect. It’s unhealthy and I usually don’t eat it and I do prefer other fried chicken options however, like I mentioned when I checked in, I wasn’t going to fight the cravings I had. As of this review, I still haven’t gotten sick. Good sign.

I don’t usually complain too much but today’s experience at KFC on Centinela was a bit upsetting. I ordered a two piece meal for my daughter and three chicken tenders which were for myself. When I received the food at the window I requested a BBQ sauce and was handed one. When I asked for a second BBQ sauce I was told that it was would be $.25 for a second. That’s ridiculous! My total was $ 10.55. I did NOT ask for five BBQ sauces. Two is NOT excessive… Because of ridiculous policy at KFC I decided to return the three chicken tenders. Not because I couldn’t afford to pay the additional quarter but because I did not ask for anything outside of reason. STUPID…
