Went to this kfc /​tacobell ordered a family bucket and a crunch wrap supreme. The woman who took the order was rude her name is «karen» and once we got home to my surprise the crunch wrap was meatless!!! They must really not care about customers won’t recommend going to this place.

manager talks back to customers if they tell them the tacos shells don’t have meat. Your paying for your food it’s not free it should come the way it’s promoted. Manager doesn’t care if you don’t go back encourages not to go there if you don’t like it. wants to charge Extra for everything. if I could this would be not even 1 star. if you can go somewhere else this place has bad customer service

I don’t expect much customer service from a fast food place, but this place sucks including the manager.

I say do not ! Do not go to this place ! The food is nasty and soggy! The workers are rude ! I ordered a breast piece it was all dry and disgusting! They gave me a new one! But what a hassle ! The popcorn chicken was all hard and dry didnt seem fresh ! At first glance I was going to return the whole order which included taco bell food and you dont want me to describe that but I will be ranting on and on !!! This is the kfc on soto Cesar Chavez! I dont see how this place is in business with the service and the quality of the food! !! The air conditioning does not work and it was really hot!!! And condiments I had to fight for! Dont get me going on napkins !

I wish I could give the zero stars. Went drive thru and as usual they messed up my order. I ordered 4 sides and they only gave me 3 but they did charge me for 4. How hard is it to get a damn food order right? Cmon and these are the people who want to be paid $ 15.00 and hour…

I stopped here thinking I could get a deal and buy a nice family meal for one of my clients. It was the nearest location so I decided to overlook their rating on here, but boy did I make a mistake! Do not go to this KFC thinking that you can use the Unilocal deal so do NOT purchase it! After trying to use it and speaking to the manager (Fanny) extensively who supposedly went to call the «owner» she still refused to honor the deal. She said they were not participants of that deal when it’s very obvious that the deal is for this particular store. If I could, I would give them 0 stars!

Everything is more expensive than other kfc’s and employees are jerk they get orders wrong food tastes stale only reason I still come here it’s because it’s on my way home

Chicken was good and people that waited on us were helpful.

I ordered chicken tender, hard and feels old, the cashier Marco (I think he is the manager) with bad attitude, like order, give me the money and don’t bother, I need to ask to clean my table cuz all are dirty.
The other employees was ok
The only restroom smells and was very dirty

I have to admit it took me almost 3 months to return and I am happy to say that the workers are informed about the Unilocal deal. The workers knew about the situation because the owner Values the Customers and he correcte the problem. The staff on hand was awesome.

This is the longest I’ve waited for fast food — about 20 minutes, so I’ll definitely avoid this place if you want a quick meal. Even the Thai restaurant near my place cooks pad thai faster than this.

So went through this side of town due to traffic on my usual route, Unilocaled and found this was on my way home… Saw the low stars and hope it wouldn’t happen to me! Boy, was I wrong!
The wait was like 10mins, for that long at a drive thru? While there were at least 5 people in there working which included a manager! Then the chicken were quite dry… Never had such dried fried chicken, ever! Especially at KFC, my fav Fried Chicken place. Then I noticed we didn’t get any breast, got 4 thighs, 4 drumsticks and 2 wings, paid $ 24.99 and expected breast!!! I could’ve paid $ 5 less and get the legs and thighs specials then! Good thing I saved $ 5 from the Unilocal deal $ 15 for $ 20 value… They took off the $ 20 before taxing which was good for me! Never again will I be back and I will definitely not eat at 1 – 2 star places ever again!

Worst service ever! Very unprofessional! I can’t believe they don’t have Chicken breast available! This is a Fried Chicken restaurant… Very disappointed, I will not be returning!!!

Should have read other reviews before lining up at the drive-​thru. After paying at the window, it took 15 more minutes to get me my 5 piece hot wings. Made a note to self not to come back.

All the employees seem to be messing around. When my husband and I went in, we were looking at the menu as one employee stood at the register and just stared at us… very uncomfortable! Our food was cold and there are hobos and/​or random people who look drunk coming in as you’re eating asking for money. And the employees just stand there and look at them doing it. I figured that would happen since the area we were in… the ghetto!

I believe that this place is full of seek people and it looks more like a prison.
Dirty stinky and I asked cashier twice no ice and I have what cup fulllll of ice.

I’ve only been to this KFC/​Taco Bell via drive-​thru. I gotta say the drive-​thru line is always long and it takes foooreeeveeer… It doesn’t help that the set up of the parking and the drive-​thru is horrible.
The customer service is a bit whack. One one occasion, the woman at the window had a hard time understanding my order so she finally gave up and asked me to repeat the order to her at the window, all while having major attitude. And, the other night the guy taking the orders seemed to be a newbie and had no idea when it came to the menu, after every item ordered he had to go seek help. I know this because the window is visible from the intercom where you place the order. To make things worse, they didn’t add the sour cream to my tacos or mexican pizza when I repeatedly mentioned I wanted sour cream. Of course, they DIDN’T forget to charge me for the extra sour cream though… Boo! :/​
As for the food, it’s your typical KFC fried chicken and Taco Bell tacos etc… By the time we get home, the food’s still hot and everything is yummy and seems freshly made. No complaints there… I just tried the new Doritos Tacos Locos and it was not bad at all. The taco shell actually did taste like the nacho cheese doritos. Just wish it woulda had the sour cream. Aaaanyway, all in all, I do see myself coming back only because the bf loves KFC chicken and this one is the closest to my house.
